It is a must see if you are visiting Tetovo.I have visited this church many times. You can easily spend few hours in this place enjoying in fresh air, tranquil environment and magnificent natural beauties. The Church of Holy Mother of God was build in 1326 and is a beautiful example of splendid Byzantine architectural style. Furthermore, the church has several beautiful frescoes which possess historical value and which originate from different periods. The most popular fresco is called "Judgment Day".
Its excellent location and the pleasant climate make the Leshok Monastery one of the most visited moonasteres in Macedonia.

We were very warmly welcomed by (I believe) a leader of the center.
He explained us the the meaning of the center and what are the Bekteshi people.
He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
The center was very well taken care of and walking inside calms down the most hasty person.
