Is this doable per recommendation from Rolling Geeks golf cart tour? Boat docks at 0700hrs Personally I would take in the sights of Mdina first as it is furthest out from the cruise dock and then work your way back and go via Taxi. Mdina first is a good suggestion but don't know why you would visit the 'Three Cities' rather than Valletta.
