Best time to visit this place either first thing in the morning or after 3pm, month of August not the best time to visit due to lack of rain. Not many elephants seen this time,but would recommend this place.

Hi, Well for a lot of elephants then Yala national park. But then you can witness a variety at Udawalawa. You won't be disappointed at Udawala. 😇
