Via Spluga or Spluegen pass is very close to Lake Como Italy, spanning to Stuttgart Germany in the Alps. It is a classic hiking route.

Wunderfull tiny road, Just driving thru the spluga pass. A lot of nice nature. A well spent day, driving in the mountains at 2115 meter.

Nice trekking from Montespluga to Campodolcino. Fairly easy. Nice lunch at village restaurant in Isola.
