We spent a lovely morning looking around Monpazier last Thursday, which was market day. Very colourful and vibrant and selling a a huge range of things, fruit, vegetables, fish, clothes, leather goods, hand-made items, etc.

This middle age town is one of the many jewels that can be seen in the Dordogne Lot and Lot et Garonne departements. All it takes is slowly walking around town and enjoying it.

Monpazier is an old village and the town hall is worth a look as it is a public building and in excellent condition. Take a peak!
