Great place to visit for a few hours. Took us approx 1.30hrs in order to get round the whole fort including the tunnels. Wouldn’t recommend if your claustrophobic but would be ideal for families!

Walked to this from Es Castell and after a false start without the headphones which were not offered to us when we bought our tickets but which are essential to understand what is going on we really enjoyed our visit. But pay attention as there...More

Lots to see but uneven underfoot obviously so if you are unsure of foot - take care. Lots to see, the audio phones were great.

We went on a Monday afternoon and admission was free (on Mondays only). Incredible tunnels and a good audio guide. Fascinating history of the two sieges. The views from the top are amazing. Wear sturdy shoes as the paths are uneven, especially outside!

This is a museum housed in the ruins of the Fort Marlborough. I strongly recommend the renting of the audio guides (they’re not expensive and are a mobile phone) as the museum’s story telling relies upon the use of TV screens and the audio. Without...More

It is about a 30-40 minute stroll from Es Castell and it is well sign posted. The museum is open from 9.30 until 3pm and an audio guide is well worth it for at least one of your group. A lot of the self guided...More
