Already in the preparation of our holiday Timothy was always at our side with tips, recommendations, advice and suggestions.
Arriving in Uganda, Tim and our driver Silver welcomed us warmly and we were looked after by them until the last minute of our stay.

The professional planning by Galactic Safaris and the very pleasant support on site have made the holidays something unforgettable, so we always like to think back to the exciting days in Uganda.

At Galactic Safaris you are in good hands and you don't have to worry about payment, accommodation, friendliness, etc.

We would like to thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for this incredibly beautiful round trip. You have managed to make Uganda one of our favourite countries. We would recommend the 5-day round trip (high point gorilla trekking) with you immediately to everyone, or we would like to do it again!

The 2-day visit to Akagera Park was amazing. We were able to enjoy a guide who did the best for this safari. We met the hippos, crocodiles, elephants and many others. We really enjoyed this safari and keep incredible memories.
In addition we had accommodation that was most comfortable with staff at our disposal.
An experience we recommend.
Despite payment difficulties, Galactic Safari took the time and considered any constraints that this would hinder.
Again thank you to them for this chance we had. And a big thank you to Stuart for his good humor.

My trip with Timothy was above and beyond anything I expected, and my expectations were high. He is a lifelong local who knew the area like the back of his hand, The jungle explorsations he set up were magical and we learned so much. Gorillas in the wild are amazing to see in real life and he made that dream come true.

Timothy was a guide and now a friend. A great guy to handle our needs. Seems like a small company that can personalize anything,

Highly recomend. Obviously we didn't do all he offers, but I doubt any would not be just as awesiome.

Oh, what an amazing adventure my friends and I had with Galactic Safaris in Uganda! Coming all the way from France, we were in for a real treat exploring this incredible African country. And let me tell you, our trip was made absolutely unforgettable by our fantastic guide, Emmanuel.

Right from the start, Emmanuel blew us away with his deep knowledge and love for his country. He didn't just show us around; he shared stories and insights that made every place we visited come alive. As first-timers in Africa, we couldn't have asked for a better introduction.

The 14-day Uganda Gorillas and Adventure Safari was a dream come true. We got to experience a little bit of everything, from heart-pounding adventures at the Source of the Nile River to calm and peaceful moments in Uganda's top destinations. The whole itinerary was flawlessly put together by Galactic Safaris, making sure we got the most out of every single day.

Let me tell you about the highlights. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park left us in awe with its beauty, Queen Elizabeth National Park was a majestic masterpiece, and Kibale National Park was bursting with life. And the serene Lake Bunyonyi and Lake Mburo National Park? They were like something out of a dream.

Our days were jam-packed with excitement – guided game drives that made us feel like real explorers, boat cruises that gave us some of the most breathtaking views, and the incredible experiences of gorilla trekking and chimpanzee tracking. Those were the moments that took our breath away and filled our hearts with wonder.

But wait, there's more! The white water rafting was an absolute blast, giving us the kind of thrill we'll be talking about for years. And throughout it all, Galactic Safaris had every little detail covered. The accommodations were comfy, the food was delicious, and the whole experience was just top-notch.

In a nutshell, our 14-day Uganda Gorillas and Adventure Safari was beyond anything we could've imagined. Emmanuel, our guide, was not just a guide – he became a friend. His knowledge and friendly nature added a whole new layer to our journey. Uganda's beauty and warmth will stay with us forever, and we're so grateful for all the memories we made.

So, if you're thinking of embarking on an adventure that's a perfect blend of nature, wildlife, and culture, Galactic Safaris is the way to go. Trust me, this trip will tug at your heart in all the right ways and leave you with a serious case of wanderlust.

Great customer service, well organised, high quality lodges. I would recommend selecting to use a 4wd if entering Bwindi.

Timothy was my tour guide on my 12-day adventure in Uganda! From the moment I landed at Entebbe Airport to the day I said my goodbyes, he was right there ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. I had the incredible opportunity to experience some truly amazing things, like tracking rhinos at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, exploring the breathtaking beauty of Murchison Falls National Park, and encountering chimpanzees in the enchanting forests of Kibale. But the absolute highlight of my trip was without a doubt the awe-inspiring encounter with mountain gorillas in Bwindi - a moment that will forever be etched in my memory. Timothy was always at my service, ready to answer any questions I had, and his prices were more than reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in search of a top-notch tour guide in Uganda!

The one day gorila tour was perfect. We had the best time. Tour organisation was very easy (we booked the tour last minute and they managed to get the permitions on time, organisers were very flexible with the tour date).
The driver was very friendly, perfect english. The trip from Kigali to the trek place was comfortable and safe.
The gorila treking and all team eho went with us were amazing. We had the best trip in the jungle, they explained a lot about all the plants and animals here.
And the best part of course was gorillas🥰 we went to see family of 13gorillas and saw all of them from a very short distance.
We highly recomment this one day itour for everyone who whants to feel the jungle and have an extraordinary chance to see gorillas👍👍

Uganda Short Trip Day 1

I researched and contacted a lot of travel agencies in Uganda and Rwanda that looked good, negotiated and Reservations for gorilla tours that fit my plans and budget.
I was wondering if I could arrange everything myself, but I decided to stop bothering and ask a Ugandan company. #GalacticAfricaSafaris
CEO Timothy is fluent in English. Price Negotiable.
Guide Bosco is 25. A father who already has twin children. He was from the Bakiga tribe.

A car picked up on Airbnb at 3 a.m. Rwanda → Uganda border crossing overland.
Head to Mugahinga National Park for golden monkeys. I think it was 1991. It's the last performance registered in Uganda and it's the only place where you can see the Golden Monkey.
When I was traveling alone, a lot of people would talk to me, so we chatted from start to finish and ended our five-hour Monkey Hiking tour.
A lot of people say I don't miss traveling alone, but I don't miss it at all. You can talk and interact with a variety of people. I think I have the freedom to have time to meditate and self-meditate.

I'm staying at a lodge in the mountains and it's about time for dinner, but I can't help being sleepy. #RushagaGorillaLodge

I'm going to go to bed early for tomorrow's Gorilla Tour.

Day 2 of the Rwanda Tour.

Today is finally the day for gorilla watching.
Departing from the 7am inn, we learned about gorillas in advance and then started trekking around 8:30.
Visit a family of gorillas that we found at 10 o'clock. Wear a mask to avoid transferring germs. He and his rangers enter a roadless forest with gorillas.
Wild forest with swamps, puddles, small rivers, bamboo and large trees.
The leaves they ate were cushioned on the floor, and their feet were fluffy or squishy with water.
This is what the wild forest looks like.
It was about 13:30 when I finally came back from the woods. I'm very tired. The water and snacks we drank along the way were delicious.
The rangers are also very kind.

Gorillas are very quiet and quiet. There are moments when he glances at us. Children move around playing, being around their mothers.
Adults stand firm and eat the leaves silently.
He would occasionally move around, but he would also move around with his entire body rolling.
Some gorillas were left pooping on their butts 💩

The experience in the untouched reserve was invaluable.

By the way, when I'm traveling in East Africa, kids and women are waving at me with a gaunt smile and hello! He greets me with a smile.
Sometimes they ask for money, but that's pretty rare. I don't give it to my children because I think it would make them think that it's easy to get money from foreigners.
Instead, they support the village by purchasing village crafts directly, and give candy to children.

There are 65 tribes in Uganda and 55 in Kenya. Of course some tribes wear them. They all know which tribe they are from, and outside of the City, many people seem to live on a tribal basis. Marriage is also basically with the same tribe in another village. Marrying another tribe or foreigner is not illegal, he said.

I'm in the process of crossing the border from Uganda to Rwanda again and returning to the inn. *Used Chanika border on the way out and Katuna border on the way back. The process is six times easier for Katuna boarders. Katuna is open 24 hours a day.
Rwanda's roads are paved and very beautiful. Think I'll go to bed early today if I can get home smoothly.

The teamwork at this company is excellent and CEO Timothy is very reliable.
Our Guide and driver, Bosco, is willing to spare you while you sleep, and makes sure you are safe and complete each procedure.
Is there anything on your mind? Hey. They always ask me, “What are you doing?”
I never thought I would be able to go on such a perfect tour with just WhatsApp interactions.
I'm very satisfied.
