I've been visiting Ibiza for 26 years, and FINALLY got off my lazy butt to visit. I was coming from Ibiza town and it was 30 minutes on a scooter in land, and was very easy to locate.
It's quite a sight to see, very dystopian. This was Ibiza's original super-club, a live concert venue (Bob Marley played there) and even had it's own bull-ring (yuk) and abandoned in 1974. It's all still there, though in major disrepair. However, the walls are COVERED with often stunning graffiti artwork which is really the point of my visit. Took me a good hour to walk around and I am so glad I finally visited.
If you are taking kids with you, they will need close supervision. There are lots of sharp objects, some broken flooring etc, so be careful.
If you like it here, visit the abandoned hotel at Cala d'en Serra.

Whilst hiring a car we stopped by the abandoned ruins of the festival club, now home to some beautiful graffiti art.
