Slightly mixed feelings about the park, but we had a good day overall. Got picked up and dropped off by the free bus, good service. Sioux City is definitely for the shows... the ‘city’ itself is small...it doesn’t take very long at all to walk up and down the street and see all of the buildings. The actors were all fantastic, great at staying in character and it must be exhausting carrying on nonstop for the whole time in that heat! We did have mixed feelings about ‘the horse whisperer’... watching a horse doing some of the things he was, it seemed slightly cruel / unnatural. We didn’t eat here, so can’t comment on the food. Drinks were reasonably priced. We’re a couple in our late 20s... if you had kids aged 5-10 I think they’d love this place!…

This was the highlight of our trip to Gran Canaria. I was travelling with one child and she kept talking about our visit to Sioux City Park for days afterwards. The staff and actors were super friendly, the shows were entertaining and funny (at least to adults) and the timing of the different shows was perfect. The "bank heist" starts at 12:15 (at least on February 2020) and you should be at he park before that. Kids can feed goats and go for a horse ride if they want to. The outdoor and indoor shows were entertaining and funny also for adults.…

This is a fun and experiential day out for the family. We arrived early as it opened and left about 3:30. The children got to feed baby goats, ride a horse, watch bulls and horses charge through the town, witness a bank robbery and even take part in a show with the Illusionist in the Saloon. The characters were great fun and the scenes well acted. The staff were all in character and were great with the children. When the shows weren't on you get to walk down a old Western Street, visit the sheriff's office and lock up your naughty children in the jail, as well as visit various other landmark buildings. The whole day is well run and very efficient and slick. The lunchtime show takes place in the Saloon so you can offer and eat your lunch while watching the show. You don't have to buy food there, you can take your own if you prefer. The last show in the Saloon happens right in front of you, you are in the middle of it all so you feel fully immersed in the story. They perform the scenes in both Spanish and English. Would recommend.…
