    Wild West filled day!
Fab day out! Worth the money, for a Wild West filled day! The whole area is very well organised and there is always something going on. Even though the shows were in Spanish and I speak little Spanish. It was very easy to follow still! We had the barbecue at $15 each and definitely worth it comes with 1 drink included! Bonus we jumped on the free bus from playa del ingles and used this to get back to our hotel too!

What shall we do on our last couple of days?
We had a few days holiday left so decided on Sioux City for a last treat. There is a free bus but we went by taxi. Amazing set up. You feel you are in Wild West. The cowboy staff are constantly interacting with customers. Especially the children. Watching the kiddies feeding goats and adults and kids lassooing a steer. The shows are good. You can feed the goats or horse ride. There is some time between shows but not enough to be uncomfortable. As it is quieter time it wasn't too busy or too hot. We had lunch in Saloon bar theatre whilst watching illusion show. Table ordering. We ordered a meal. Limited menu, classic fast food. But drinks arrived very quickly and food was hot, tasty and well presented. Not majorally overpriced. The staff work hard. Dressed up as cowboys one minute. Serving food next. Immaculately clean everywhere. One thing.. undertaker took a shine to me! I'm sure he has a ready coffin. So glad us 4 adults went. Brilliant day and value for money. Thoroughly recommend it. The staff make it and I may have fell in love a time or two

    Brilliant fun for all ages
Brilliant day full of entertainment for all ages. Staff are interactive with the audience throughout. Some of the shows are in Spanish but you get the gist of whats happening in it. Food and drinks reasonably priced. Get to feed and pet the animals as well as horse rides at an additional cost.

    Worth a visit
A fun experience in a wild west themed ex film set. Pick up by free bus takes you to this old film set of a wild west street.Meet cowboys and cattle, horses and a performing donkey. 4-5 hours of demonstrations,re-enacting bank robbery, cattle drive, caberet in the saloon, shoot outs.Good fun audience participation in most of the activities. Well worth it

    Defo worth a visit
Defo worth the money and a decent day out for people of all ages. Shows are fab, the set is fab, a lovey day out. Not enough seats on free Sioux City bus which caused a lot of time wasting and faffing at the end of the trip, but overall, 10/10.

One off the best days on my holiday, The staff put so much effort in to making the day great for adults and kids, especially the kids they are brilliant with them, i went with a 18 month old a 2 yr old and a 5 yr old and they all loved it. The shows are very good and entertaining and can tell a lot of effort has gone it to them. Would advise anybody visiting gran canaria to make this a priority to go to you wont be disappointed

    Best! Day! Ever!
What an amazing day we’ve had! A huge thank you to everyone at Sioux City that obviously work so hard to give families the best memories for life. The stunt shows were epic and everything feels so authentic. You can tell they have filmed real westerns here. The team here really do put the kids first, never dropping character. One minute they are performing action packed shoot outs, the next they are taking the kids horse riding and helping at the BBQ. Food was fantastic and felt very authentic. A special thank you to the cowboys that were happy to take loads of photos with my son who was on cloud 9 the entire time. One cowboy even gave him some blanks fired from his pistol as a souvenir. See you in 12 months guys!

Sioux City in Gran Canaria provided an unforgettable experience for my family!
Sioux City in Gran Canaria provided an unforgettable experience for my family and me. The setting, far surpassing my expectations, transported us to an authentic western atmosphere. The actors' performances were a highlight, with five captivating shows held throughout the day. Their commitment to entertainment was evident, making it a must to stay for each performance. The staff at Sioux City were exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to ensure everyone had a fantastic time. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, creating a sense of camaraderie among visitors. The reasonable prices for both food and drinks were a pleasant surprise, adding to the overall positive impression of the day. One of the unexpected joys was the opportunity to spend time between shows at the saloon. Taking advantage of this, my family and I brought along a deck of cards, immersing ourselves in the spirit of the Wild West by playing poker. It provided a delightful interlude and added to the overall authenticity of the experience. Sioux City, with its fantastic setting, engaging shows, friendly staff, and affordable amenities, proved to be a gem for family outings. I can't recommend this place enough for a thoroughly enjoyable day that offers a perfect blend of entertainment, relaxation, and a touch of the Old West.

    Super and very realistic
Couple with 3 teens spent more than 5 great hours in Sioux City. The staff/actors were extremely friendly and made fun with everybody and there were also goats, cattle, little pigs and of course horses. We watched the planens shows and they were all great while also involving the spectators. The staff definetely loved their roles and that shined through everything. It shows that they love kids and want to make you feel welcome and involved !! Prices on water, good simple food, entrance were low and this is NOT just another place trying to rip you off🐎🦬🫏 The family was here before and this was definetely not the last time. Thank you for a great day in beautiful settings with incredible people ! 💪👍🙏 All the best from Copenhagen 😘

    You have to try it
I don’t like westerns, I hate guns, this is my 7th visit to Gran Canaria and I always made some excuse not to go. I spent the first 5 minutes walking into the park wondering how long I would be forced to stay and hoping there was a bar …….. then I ended up thoroughly enjoying myself, even bought a cowboy hat - all before I had a drink at the saloon. The performers (who are also the shop/bar staff and all deserve a raise) were amazing. The live shows are the highlight, from bank robbing, cattle wrangling and Mexican bandits getting rowdy while you are sitting in the saloon - loved every minute and just sorry I never visited before.

We went to Sioux city as a couple no children and the best day out, the shows are fantastic fun and the horse ride albeit very short was great, got my husband on a horse for the first time. Well done all keep up the good work.

The only thing i would say is take food with you as it is a little pricey.

Mrs L actually planned a trip to Gran Canaria this year because when we came in 2023 the park was closed but opening in the summer.

I wasn't too sure about it and thought it might be a bit of a rip off like most amusement parks. How wrong was I.

We drove in a hire car although there is a free bus and the information leaflets you can pick up from various places around the island give the pick up points.

When we went there was loads of free parking although when you come to what looks like a deserted car park, go further up through the tunnels and you can park there like we did. There was an actor on a horse directing the cars to parking spot.

We arrived just after it opened and I was a bit worried that it was going to be very quiet, but the free bus arrived and although there were a lot of people it never felt crowded.

The next person we met was someone who offered to take a photo for a wanted poster which we could buy later. I am always a but wary of this type of thing as there is never any mention of how much it costs (turned out to be €10 which I thought was okay) but Mrs L had a picture taken and we picked the picture up later in the saloon.

We wandered about until the first show and the whole set up is quite impressive, I really liked the church as it gave a whole spaghetti western vibe.

All the shows are really good but the highlight is the wild west show on the main street. Theres two on the main street. The first is kind of comedy show but after it they get kids and some adults out the audience and there is a load of baby goats and three baby pigs come and get bottle fed. The kids loved it and some of the adults just as much.

Well worth the money.

Visited with my 2 year old daughter. She’s animal mad and loved the pigs, goats & horses.

They offered a pony ride at €5 which she loved.

We arrived just before the “horse whisperer” show. The gentleman was undoubtably talented and had a great relationship with the horse. My daughter did lose interest towards the end as it did seem to go on a bit. They then had a short laso show after, this was great for the kids as they let them all (including my 2 year old) have a go and lasoing a fake bull. All the kids did it 1 or 2 throws.

After the show we called into the saloon for a shandy and an ice lolly.

They had the bank robbery show after this. This was great and full of action with a little humour.

Recommend this place for 3 or 4 hours out, broke up the cycle of being in the hotel swimming pool. The most impressive thing about this place is the staff. All very friendly, scary looking cowboys who were great with the kids.

Such a great day out for the family! The shows they put on were great fun and they are all so friendly. My sons had a blast pretending to shoot them every time they walked past.
From being picked up by the bus the fun started.
As a family of 4 (boys aged 7 and 12) we all had a great time and is good value for money.
The food was nice and reasonably priced.
Would highly recommend!

The setting for Sioux City is pretty cool, it is a convincing replica of a Wild West town and you can wander around, popping in and out of the buildings.

The staff are all friendly, and the shows are entertaining with plenty of loud bangs and a bit of comedy. The actors were speaking in Spanish so I had no idea what was being said, despite most people there being English. The show also includes an illusionist which includes audience participation.

Some of the horses on site look a bit too thin and the donkey used during the show appears to have an issue with its lower leg, which made it uncomfortable to watch when being made to perform.

We didn’t have food here but the prices for food and drink was reasonable, with the cost of entry not being too steep either.

I absolutely rate this as a brilliant family day out! The approach in the car off the motorway was a little neglected and gave us all Deliverance / Westworld vibes so we were more than a little trepidatious as we paid our entry fee, wondering if we’d inadvertently become the subjects of a creepy movie set in an abandoned theme park (an idea we kind of liked tbh, but we’re weird like that). Anyway on entering we were relieved to see we weren’t the only visitors, and there were in fact loads of fellow tourists all having an absolutely great time exploring the recreation of a Wild West town complete with saloon, jail, shop, opium den - you name it! With actors interacting with kids, adorable baby goats and piglets running free (you can buy feed from the shop for 1€), and horse rides available, the place was really buzzing and full of laughter. We missed the first show but the big show which takes place on Main Street was incredibly entertaining, then you are invited in to the saloon theatre to watch the illusionist show and whilst you are watching this there is a really efficient at-table waiter service where you can order food and drinks. You then have time to do a little more exploring before the final show in the saloon bar which was also very funny. As a family with two tweenies it’s sometimes difficult to please everyone but honestly we all had the best time here. Go , you will love it!!

Great day out. We went as 5 adults and 1 child it was a brilliant day
Pony riding was €10 per person and they went around the whole place. My daughter bought an adults cowboy hat for €9.50 and animal feed for €1
Drinks were €3.50 a can €2 a slush, food was from €11.50-€15.50 for nuggets/burger/pizza with chips- quick service well managed, lots of people walked out without paying though which was awful to see. Just pay your bill or the entrance will end being increased to compensate for this, 1 family left a €100+ bill very disappointing for the staff working so hard
We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, lots of shows, didn't feel like we were particularly hanging around at any point and the free shuttle was a good bonus. Would definitely recommend

Also take card everywhere as well

We travelled from Puerto Rico €50 in a taxi ( eek ) because we didn't want to get the bus so early ( wed have been one of the first pick ups )

We arrived in time for the 11am show - which we almost missed even though we were on time .

Tbh it's not great for adults. It's boring nothing to do other than the shows and is vastly over priced. It's absolutely packed and there's no air con anywhere so it's boiling.

The shows are ok and funny - BBQ was again another €15 euro and not at all worth it not even a free drink

I hate being that person but I just wouldn't recommend specifically if you don't have kids.

The park and staff were fantastic, we really enjoyed this experience. The animals were really healthy looking and it was clear to see they were well looked after. The shows very entertaining and food in the saloon was delicious and reasonably priced. The sets all very realistic as well. It was very hot and dusty but it’s Gran Canaria in August so not really something to complain about :)

The only critique was the service from Tui, Tui sell this trip as transfers included however it is not a Tui bus with pre booked spaces, it’s the free park bus that travels all around the hotels collecting people regardless of whether they’ve pre booked a seat. We missed the free bus going because we’d expected a Tui rep or at least someone checking off names as with other Tui experiences, we managed to change the day for the tickets and went the next day however for the trip back the coach had to do 2 trips so being the furthest away in Taurito we had to wait for the bus to come back. There wasn’t much shade for people and it was very hot with it being in the afternoon and had to wait around 40 minutes for the bus to return.

Don’t bother booking with Tui, just hop on the free bus and get your tickets when you’re there, that way more money goes to the park instead of to Tui’s commission!
