I have traveled to Spain and spent much time there over the past two decades. I always make it a point to travel there with my wife and children and search for new adventures. I can say without a doubt that the tour I took with this company was a top 10 life experience. My daughter and I spent an afternoon in March with our tour guide Vitalia riding horses through the park, dunes and finally down to the beach and along the shore. Vitalia was a great guide, very friendly. My daughter loved it. Thanks again for this tour.…

We booked the 2-hours-tour as a family of 5 (2 kids aged 9 and 12 and 3 adults). Four of us had no riding experience. We called the number mentioned on the web page one day before and they got back to us a few hours after our call. On the tour it was only us and two guides who were very professional and always had a good overview over our small group. We got a short introduction at the stable but basically the horses knew what to do, where to go and were very calm. We made one short stop at which the guide gave us a short information about the National Park but the tour is not really to learn about the National Park but to enjoy the beautiful landscape on a horseback. This is what we expected and this is what we got. Thanks! It was fun!!!…

We really enjoyed our riding trip. The people working here are really nice, professional and dedicated. The view is the best that you can have for the Atlantic Ocean beach at the sunset. After you get to know your horse the trip became relaxing and you can enjoy the view. I strongly recommend and for sure I will do it again on our next holiday.…

as I love horse riding very much and do not have the possibility at home, I did it four times this summer during our stay in Matalascañas (2x with my girlies which have no experience at all). Everytime I had a different horse and they all were phantastic. Not the dull animals which you often find in tourist institutions but really well educated and attentive horses. The staff is brilliant, very friendly and does select the horses depending on the height and build of the rider. Before starting for the ride they give some safety instructions and also explain the basic handling of the horses so that you can manage them also without having riding experiences. With every group there go two guides, caring steadily of all participants, asking whether anybody needs help, everybody is ok, etc. They explain the beautiful landscape and the flora and fauna of the area which you are passing through, always answering as well individual questions. If you like, they take pictures of you at the beach with your mobile. All guides which I knew during my excursions were able to comunicate as well in English. The stable in general looks very clean and maintained and you can really feel the love and passion which the owner and the staff have for their horses. If I come back to Matalascañas, I surely will come back to the Pasodoble.…

I was not very impressed by these riding stables. There was no attempt to allocate horses by riding ability or weight/height - we just turned up to find 4 horses saddled up and were told to get on any one. We were told not to have any contact on the reins, but leave them loose and use neck reining to direct the horses. Any time I even tried to get some sort of contact (mainly to stop my horse walking with his nose in the tail of the one in front and avoid a kick) the horse snatched the reins and threw his head around. I have ridden a lot in England, but I am used to a light contact so that I have some control over the horse, and would have liked a horse with better manners so that I could actually enjoy the ride. The girl who took us out had very little English so she provided no information on the National Park we were riding through to get to the beach. We went no faster than a walk at any time and I would not want to repeat the experience.…
