Visiting Ali Sadr Cave

This is apparently the longest underground cave tour in the world. Part pedal boat, part walking, this is a fascinating visit (although fairly expensive by Iranian standards).

I am not a big fan of caves, I think that once you saw one, the rest are the same. This one is impressive because of its size and that you have a boat trip in the cave. However, stalactites are more impressive in other places (eg. In the cave near Kashan). And I think for the price they charge... More

Perfect natural site. It is a wonderful and beautiful trip to underground!!! There are two ways for visiting the cave. We selected the big way. It was more wonderful.

Ali Sadr cave the the world's largest water cav ,almost 11 km long. The cave is really a peace of art and highly recommend to visitors

Wow. It is great . The biggest cave in the world having a river inside. There is boats and security equippments and staff help you vist the cave with no worry.

if you come to hamadan,one of attractions are visit there,is ali sadr cave.here is very beautiful and i think you`ll find a new and unbliveable experience in this cave.everythings are there very very nice and colorful.you`ll travel by pedal boat and see the best pictures.i recommend to go there unless thursday & friday,because in two days there is very crowded.

This cave has been managed for visitors to pay and its open in all days. Ticket is 300 thousands Rials which is about 10 us dollars. Its 60 km away from Hamedan city and there is no bus or taxi lines, you must take a cap from city to take you there. It is so recommended that not to go... More

I love caves a lot and I'll visit as many as I can, anywhere I go, Ali Sadr is a unique cave, that is very large and very beautiful, you'll be stunned watching its strange and colorful stones. you have to travel much of it in pedal boats in very clear water channel inside the cave, you can watch inside... More

I enjoyed the boat ride, and how cool it was deep down. I also appreciated that the cave hadn't been tampered with much to make it cute for tourists. The ride was a little long, but that was ok also. Most kids would love this I think. I was surprised by how much walking there was, and walking that envolved... More
