The car park is short walk away and big enough for busy days. Lots of hills and ramps, so limited access for wheelchair users and those not able to climb several small hills to waterfalls. Parking price is reasonable and it is free to access...More

It’s over 25 years since we lasted visited New Lanark and it has not lost its magical appeal. The Christmas Experience was very well put together and our 4 year old Grandson throughly enjoyed his visit. Well worth a trip.

We spent a full day at this great world heritage village. We had a party of 8 and everyone had a great time, plenty to see and do plus great Xmas fare. A great day all round and very educational.

If you enjoy industrial history, you will enjoy New Lanark. Great location, very well presented. Loved the “annie mcleod experience” There is quite a lot to see. Shop is a bit expensive. Did not see it all this time and definitely will return.

No, I would give it much more than an hour, we spent 3 hours there and didn't get round the whole village ( although we spent a full hour at the textile exhibition).

I agree best to contact the New lanark Trust directly but Im sure that this is possible, it is a popular wedding venue with some good places for photos etc inc the roof garden
