We had delicious frittata and salad along with a glass of cider. And, of course, we bought cider to take home. Very pleasant and a charming spot. There is a bakery, small restaurant with on tap cider and you can but farm produce as well as local food and crafts. Prices were reasonable.

This place rocks. We popped by for a snack and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We each had the 5 drink tasting flights with some fries to share along with our own meals. These fries are the best!! If you're in the area, it's worth popping in. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely cider estate visitor centre with opportunity for pick your own apples, shop with local produce and home made produce, especially the various types of cider, also home made cookies and cakes from the kitchen. The cafe had a nice veranda outside and a good selection of their home produced ciders in tasting selections, see photo. There was a nice... More

We visited this restaurant for lunch and found the service to be acceptable but slow. My friend and I ordered a potato and broccoli pie, which was served alone on a plate with a minuscule sprig of greenery. We had also ordered salad and together these items cost $22 - a lot, we felt, for lunch. The pie was very... More

Thanks to feedback such as this, we have been reassessing our pricing and are making some changes to our menu. Unfortunately our Bistro operates under a wine-making license and we are only able... In a previous review of this establishment my comments were very positive and favourable. Unfortunately my recent visit to have lunch here was quite unlike my former experiences. The menu has changed drastically and there was absolutely nothing that appealed to either my boyfriend or myself. When we expressed this to the waitress she mentioned that this was the general... Visited the Cidery along with friends on a beautiful Sunday. Started out with a yummy lunch of shared plates and cider on the patio with a lovely view of the pond and surrounding fields. This was followed by a tour of the place which was informative, well conducted and offered several varieties of cider to taste. The bakery on site... More

We've been visiting the Cidery for years and always felt it was worth the drive. On Mother's Day we went as a family but the service was truly abysmal. Not only was it ridiculously slow, it was unapologetic and the wait staff made us feel invisible. We found the food expensive for what it was, although in the end, after... More

We rode the Caledon Trailway for the afternoon with Spirit Tree as our destination. We were very much looking forward to stopping in for a cider and pizza after a long day. Unfortunately we were met with very unfriendly and rude staff right from the start. The cider and food were good, but the attitude we received from staff, and... More

This is the second time my wife and I have visited this restaurant. I noticed that there have been several reviews critical of the service (slow, rude, indifferent). We have not experienced that at all, in fact the service has been friendly and professional for both of our visits. We went on a Sunday so we made reservations so that... More

Went to celebrate milestone birthday. Food was very good as was the cider. Server was not pleasant at all. Great bakery with breads and pastry . Will go back when the weather is nice enough to sit out on the patio and enjoy the scenery and cider.
