Little is said about the small Lençóis... a shame because it is very beautiful. We went a few days ago and unfortunately there were no lakes (but we are outside the period when the lakes are full).

A spectacular place and a must for those who pass in Paulino Neves/MA. Well marked and very beautiful. The wind is strong and carries sand from the coast into the coast. Road full of lombadas, which makes you walk slowly and enjoy the landscape. Spectacle of Nature!!!

This was our first ATV trip and it was very good. During the off season, there is very little water around and the number of tours is limited. We had only been able to visit Lagoa Peixe, and levels were low. But the dunes are pretty amazing. We were able to get to some areas that you will never be able to access any other way. We went from Barreirinhas to Cabure and then had lunch there (a bit overpriced but tons of food - we could have split an order!). On the way back, we let it rip at full throttle on the coast on the flat moist sand - cool sea breeze on a warm day. Full day trip and definitely one of the highlights if you are there when water levels are low.

I recommend the tour taken by quadricycle. It lasts all day long and the price is worth it! If you schedule by your hotel you will probably get better prices than scheduling in advance. I made my tour with Paulinho Tur agency.

I rented two quadricycles, one for me and my youngest daughter and the other for my wife and eldest daughter. We had never ridden this type of vehicle and it was very easy to learn. We started the tour around 10:00 am with lots of sunshine and returned around 6:30 p.m. at night. The walk is fantastic, we go through trails in the middle of the bush, until arriving in the dunes of the "Pequenos Lençóis", the look is beautiful, we pass through several pools that are formed between the dunes with rain water and we arrive at the beach of Caburé, where the river "Preguiça" meets the sea. We had lunch at the beach tent and returned to Barreirinhas along the same route. Sensory walk. We rent quadricycles from the tourism company that is in the Afonso station, was recommended as the one that makes the best maintenance of the vehicles.

A Ottobre avevo intenzione di andare in vacanza a Fortaleza.Per arrivare da Fortaleza devo prendere il volo per San luiz, giusto. E poi c' e il pullman dall' aereoporto per barreirinhas oppure si può fare tramite biplano ho letto. E ' Esatto? Volevo chiedere poi se ad Ottobre i laghetti erano ancora visibili o completamente in secca. Grazie mille
