Truly the best beach in Anguilla. Just a very short walk from our suite to the gorgeous beach. Anything you may want comes to you there and the service is phenomenal. Carol is our guy and it’s a pleasure to have him looking after our beach. Whether sunning, snorkeling swimming or boating this is the place to begin.

If your beach hopping in Anguilla Maundays Bay is a must stop. The beautiful half moon shape keeps waves calm and the beautiful blue waters and white sands are a true site. The locals say this is one of the best. Home of the beautiful Belmond Hotel at Cap Jaluca

Anguilla has no shortage of spectacular beach (Meads, SBE, Rendevouz) big Maunday’s is my favorite. I hesitate to write this review because I would hate for it to be overrun or lost its charm. Sharing the beach with Cap Juluca, my favorite part is toward the right near pimms where us commoners can bring a towel or chair and set up a nice little base. This side remained particularly calm and almost bath like the day I visited. On the opposite end is the cap shack where chairs may be rented and food purchased. I didn’t want to sit over there as the day I visited that side was particularly rough.

There is a free public parking at Belmond Cap Juluca for a beach access.
Sand was unbelievably soft and white and the water was just calm and beautiful. Perfect for small children too since there is are waves.

This is one of the most beautiful beaches on Anguilla. The Cap Juluca resort sits on the shore. Since the beaches are open to anyone you can go sit here. There are a few palm trees at the beginning that you can sit under. The water is normally calm.

I spent nearly a week in Anguilla and this was my favorite spot for both lunch and dinner multiple times. The location overlooks the beautiful bay and offers stunning views. However the attention to detail by both the manager Henrique, his chef Caesar, and their entire staff is second to none. The craft cocktails are well thought out and the Peruvian dishes are flavor filled. I managed to try just about everything on the menu from the Ceviche to the Quesadillas. If you don’t have as many days to run thru their entire offering as I did, don’t hesitate to ask for recommendations. Henrique took about 5 minutes to explain the menu to me when I first arrived and I must say it took some will power not to order everything. As eloquently as the dishes were described the flavor, portion size, and overall quality of the food were even more exquisite. At sunset they offer a champagne reception where they allow guest to use a Saber to uncork champagne while filling you in on a little bit of history of Anguilla. Even if you’re not staying at the Belmont Cap Jucula Hotel, Maundays Bay is a must visit for lunch, dinner, or even simply drinks. Many people would come by boat from Saint Martin simply to enjoy a meal, a drink, and a swim before heading back and I can assure you it is worth the trip. I cannot wait to return.

The beach and setting at Maundays Bay are just out of this world gorgeous. We loved our stay at Cap Juluca and loved walking from one end of the beach to the other. What a beautiful way to wake up each morning with a beautiful view and go to sleep with each night to the sound of the waves. Can’t wait to come back!

A must while in Anguilla. Great view and great bar scene yet relaxing. Must visit better than Meads bay since hurricane Irma.

We were able to visit just before sunset. You have to go through a guard gate since it’s an entrance to a 5-star resort. However, the guards are welcoming and helpful. It’s worth it!
