Very nice building with a thorough history of Kitimat. There are many displays to enjoy and a small gift shop on the first floor. On the second floor, they had a temporary display of flamingo dancing. Very nice.

The museum was a nice surprise for my 10 year old son and myself. We really enjoyed looking at all the animals and there was so many that blended in, that it took awhile to spot them. Also...some really cute and pretty souvenirs here.

It is like stepping into the 50’s at this little museum...Kitimat did not exist until 1954 and the exhibits are from that time...They have a wonderful gift shop a must stop and see....
