    Polish only and quite average
The price has gone up - not 5 zlot any more, but 10. You'll still need 5 zlot coins, but there is a exchange machine next to entry gate, paper bills can be easily changed there. We saw in total 4 seals there. I hope the price raise will be reflected in at last some explanations or brochures in English as well.

    Nie what I expected
The area is small, I was disappointed, I thought it would be much bigger with many many seals. In practise there is like 4 of them, swimming in dirty water. If not for kids, I would not go there for sure. Maybe I should not go to Wrocław 's "Afrykarium" before I visited "Fokarium" (that set my expectations higher).

    Charming, old school place
Nice small place were they rescue and care for sick seals from the Baltic Sea. It has much charm. The exhibition is old school, no computer games or other stuff. You can see the working place of the veterinarians. Seals are swimming in the outdoor pools.

I'm at this place at the moment of writing this review and this attraction is the absolute worst. If you have ever been to any place of this kind I guarantee you that it was better then this one, for example "Seaworld". They call it the "herd"(I don't know the proper name) while it actually consists just of three seals that are lazy and now barely any tricks. You will not enjoy yourself on this tourist attraction and I definitely do not recommend this to anyone unless you want to get bored to death.

Must say the seals were cute however it's a small place filled with tourists. For five zl. it's still worth it but I hoped they could be in a bigger pool and let people in as they leave so it's easier for everyone to get a good spot.

Huge crowd, just a few seals, very small museum. Just to see seals and leave. If you want longer visit and see seals I strongly recommend Sarbsk near Leba

Feeding show, that means 20 minutes in queue at the entrance and 15 minutes of show. The pool was small and the site was terribly crowded, so when you was of smaller physique or had bad luck, you saw almost nothing. There is space to observe the cute animals more likely after the show when most of visitors are heading to exit. Although the seals are very cute and the entrance fee quite small (5 zł), it was an disappointment.

We went in 40 minutes before the feeding time and there was already a bunch of people there and it only got more crowded. There wasn't room to sit or walk because of how packed everyone was. Trying to get in and out of the small area took longer than the actually "show." It's a waste of time and money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

A small pool with two seals. All information is only in Polish. Costs 5 pln and you're back out in 15 minutes tops.

We stayed in Hel for one week, a nice attraction but preferred watching them free in the Baltic sea, funny and beautiful creatures

A small sanatorium for injured Baltic sea seals raising funds for protection.
Feeding show is fun for kids, informative fo adults if you know Polish language.

Although you could see seals, there is nothing special. The rescue of the animals is honourable but you would see this in any zoo around the Europe. My opinion is maybe influenced by the fact that I saw wild seals in real nature habitat. Price is really low so if you have kids I would recommend this.

If you have plenty of time on your hands in / around Hel, it won't hurt popping in, I guess.
Honestly saying, this Baltic Seal Sanctuary is pretty average and certainly can't be considered (to be) a prime attraction by any standards.
Feeding time draws large crowds, esp. during high summer season.
Members of staff usually give a short lecture about the animals, their lifestyle and daily habits.
Interesting but slightly too short in my opinion.
When the session's over you can still watch those 6 puppy seals swimming & playing around which is quite an intriguing show.
The entry fee is only 1 GBP so re-think and decide for yourself...
In any case you won't regret it.
