Amazing place where you can learn about Aceto Balsamico di Modena, how it is made, how it is aged, get some info about the history of De Nigris family. I had a pleasure and opportunity to have a guided tour by the CEO himself - Mr. Raffaele DeNigris. Great guy, huge knowledge. We had great pre-meal - different types of pizza baked in a wood-fired stove, balsamic vinegar tastings and then delicious dinner in the barrel room, where all the magic happens, where barrels of Aceto Balsamico di Modena are stored.

Went here on our way back from Ferrari. Hated Ferrari but loved this place. Had a wonderful tour with Luca from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and engaging. Ended up in tasting room which really opened our eyes to how Balsamic should taste. Bought many bottles to keep us going. Brilliant afternoon

Absolutely worth while, take a couple of hours to experience a great tour through the village. Did not realise there was so much to learn about Balsamic . The tour was very comprehensive and the tasting was amazing.
