We’ve been to 5 beaches in panama and this was the best. Loved the cabanas. Loves the hammocks. The food was good (it wasn’t hot enough and took a while to come) and the beach was NOT rocky. I can’t wait to go back.

We spent a few hours on the beach, swimming, walking down to one end and watching the fishermen bring in their catch on a weekday. There was hardly anyone else there and it was perfect. However, I understand that changes significantly on weekends and holidays.
Best and favorite beach of many people. Many restaurant bars. Beautiful sand and little garbage. The water is just the right temperature and wonderful to play in. Check Tide Alerts and especially this year, be careful with High Tides. Great place to spend the day.
