A great experience with my wife as a couple. Although we are beginners and it was not very clear how to manage the horses, there was a guide who was with us in case anything happened. He constantly encouraged us to be a little rougher with the horses and to hit a little harder, although since we are beginners, it is a little scary. Beautiful landscape and surroundings where you go with horses where you can turn off your brain from everyday stress and simply enjoy the moment and nature. All in all a great experience. We are only sorry that we were caught in the rain and we had to shorten our appointment and go back. I recommend it to everyone, especially couples.

Ranch Terra offers you a truly unique experience. It is a place which is so much more than photos can convey. Beautiful, strong, obediant, calm and satisfied horses, nature in its purest form and wonderful hosts tell a story that you will want to share with everyone. Whether you are an experienced rider or it is your first time ever on a horse, you will feel confident and truly amazed. We can't wait to visit them again.

My boyfriend and I recently visited the Terra Ranch with the intention of riding horses. When we called to book an appointment, we emphasized that we had no experience and that this was our first time, to which we were told that this was no problem. Arriving at the ranch, my boyfriend signed a disclaimer, but I didn't. We went to the barn, put on our helmets and briefly obeyed the rules of ranch owner Marko who was our guide that day. There was no education other than how to steer the horse. We didn't even try it first, he just said it how and off you go. We were a little surprised because we thought we would have the right education and that we would ride a bit around the ranch and meet the horses, after which we would have an easy ride around in nature. We set off on 2-hour ride through the woods and fields, following our guide. Mr. Marko was extremely nervous and impatient from the beginning. He would raise his voice and it was not clear to him how people riding for the first time in their lives did not know everything he knew. He even had unprofessional and ugly comments like:" little kids from 5 years are riding these horses, how can you not!?" I did not enjoy a single minute of riding, all because of Mr. Marko and his extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness. My horse would stop few times and wouldn't move. Marko's only comment would be:" Hit him and he'll go...if he do not start, hit him harder! Don't worry he will not start running, those are calm and trained horses."   At the end of our route, something scared my horse and he started running. Since this is my first time on the horse, I was scared and didn't know what to do ( because guide didn't tell us what to do in that situation and according to him the horses will not run at any case ). I started to panic and the moment I couldn't hold on I FELL off the horse. I fell on my shoulder and hit my head on the floor. While I was lying on the ground, in pain and feeling dizzy, Marko didn't ask me how I was or come to me to see if I was injured!!! He just started accusing me that it was my fault that I had done something to the horse. Long story short we went back to the ranch, he didn't say goodbye nor asked if I was ok. We paid the agreed amount to his son and went to the emergency room so I could get the proper care.  MEDICAL REPORT: dislocated and bruised shoulder, luckly no head damage Later Mr. Marko sent us photos from the trip, didn't even say hello, how are you, are you ok, are you felling better, sorry that that happend...no human reaction at all...just here are your photos. So if you are a beginner with no or some experience AVOIDE this ranch so you do not end in Emergency like I did. Mr. Marko's behavior and carelessness ruined my first and probably last experience of riding a horse, which is A LOT WORSE than my shoulder injury.
