Degenija Tours staff have organized 2-day team building for my firm. We had great time during staying there, visiting Plitvice lakes with recommended tourist guide and going on a bike tour from the Hotel to Ranch Deer Valley. Some of my colleagues already booked rooms for next weekend to repeat this weekend with their families. We’ve got what we want - active and quality spent days in beautiful nature with friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended! ♥️

We did the river kayaking tour near Plitvice and had an awesome day. It was very well run with 2 of us per kayak going down mini waterfalls, jumping off ledges into the water and generally enjoying the beautiful scenery. A great day we won't soon forget with very friendly helpful staff!

We also had a transfer from Plitvice to Split in a comfortable 6 seater car. Driver was on time and very hospitable, would highly recommend.

My husband I were amazed by the passion and genuine love that our guide Andrija has... His knowledge of Lakes and there delicate ecosystems, as well as the history of this country were astounding...

He was kind and considerate...not only to us, but those around us that needed a little direction.

We had the full adventure around the entire park. Lines to board the pontoon boat back toward our original starting point were unsightly.. He offered to walk us around the boundary with fair warning that the terrain would be difficult at times and it would take a couple of hours... Well worth every step!!

It truly is luck of the draw when you book a tour like this... we hit the jackpot with this one... Thank Andy!!

We used Degenija Tours early June, for our private car transfer from Split to Plitvice and the next day afternoon from Plitvice to Motovun. Andrija was our driver and he did an excellent job. Andy is a young, educated and very well spoken man. He drove well and at the same time kept up a good conversation giving us interesting information. He is a local and understands the area and Croatia well so we had a great time being driven by him as well as learned about Croatia. The car used was also very comfortable for our family of 4. All of our communication ahead of the trip was professional and well done. Highly recommend Degenija Tours - in our case we were very satisfied.

I work in the luxury travel industry in the UK and so have been lucky enough to visit many wonderful destinations and points of interest over the years. Tours can be a bit hit and miss. They rely heavily of course on the subject matter itself, but moreover on the guide. There can be no doubt that the Plitvice National Park is a sight for sore eyes. It soothes the soul and reminds you that there is far more to life than selfies, tweeting, snapchatting, influencing and all manner of other modern day claptrap. Had Steve and I embarked upon this tour without our guide we would have been impressed and awed by the lakes, waterfalls, cascades, petrified trees. What we wouldn't have been is educated! Our guide Andrija is obviously incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about life in general. In immaculate English and with great humour he provided us with an in depth insight into how and why the lakes came about (both myth and fact!) and the science behind the processes, The five hour tour seemed to fly by and I barely noticed the 13,000+ steps (many uphill) which Andrija reassured me I had completed! Andrija was also able to answer questions on all aspects of Croatian history and culture. We wanted to pack him in our suitcase and take him with us on our onwards journey down to Split and Dubrovnik. In case you haven't picked up on this, I highly recommend Degenija Tours. Ask for Andrija! P.S. Nice wheels!

This is a must-visit place in Croatia, our tour guide Ana( a young girl) is cute and fantastic, she guided us to see the all 16 lakes, and we do love the place! She told us lots of stories, legends about the lake.
From the pictures u can see how nice it is.
It's a private tour, but I think it's just a bit expensive.

We reached Plitvice rather late in the afternoon, but our knowledgeable and friendly guide, Karlo, ensured that we saw all the highlights and more. He explained the myths behind each lake in an engaging manner and pointed out all the wonderful photo spots in each area. Karlo shared with us his favourite parts of the Park—the picturesque and dynamic upper lakes—which became our favourite parts too!

Thanks to Andreji, our day at the lakes was fantastic with this private tour.

We were given excellant explanations of things and all of our questions were answered.

We managed to avoid most of the large crowds and get plenty of photos without people in them which was quite rare at the lakes.

Thanks again mate!

Really enjoyed our bike tour to the caves. Took around 5 hours. Lovely scenery. Our tour guide Antonio was really good and friendly. Was only 2 of us on tour so asked lots of questions and had a nice time. Ended with wine in the bar. And also got lunch at the caves. Highly recommend.
