We were moved to this hotel from the panarama in sadri because bin closed down .The good points The staff are very friendly and helpful ,food was lovely and very clean ... But hotel is in middle of nowhere so we found it very boring and nothing to do you can only walk on the beach to nearest town which took half HR or get a taxi which cost 6euros each way which is quite a bit of money when you on a budget .The bar shut at 11pm quite early for a hotel don't know if this was because of covid ...

Perfect stay! Friendly staff, excellent service, excellent food. Very clean rooms, kids loved slide. Animation team was perfect. The "magic in the air" song is still in our ears! I wish to stay there again

We managed to change our booking with Jet2 from Crete to this lovely hotel in Corfu We arrived mid afternoon and were shown to our ground floor Junior Suite the room was lovely roomy and very clean We wandered over to the bar for some refreshment and found the lobby bar was serving snacks so we had a hot dog each before our evening meal they were good In the lobby bar we were served by Achilles who was amazing he works the bar and the food bar on his own but he is always cheerful and nothing is too much trouble The buffet where we had our breakfast lunch and evening meal were good with lots of variety each day We would like to say a thank you to Georgio Maria Alana and Halora who looked after us really well at our meal times always with a smile even though they were very busy they always made time to say "hello" Were were quite disappointed with our meal in the Ambrosia upstairs restaurant we were under the impression that we would have a choice if a starter a main course and dessert after being seated we were offered drinks then a shirt whike later we were put in front of us a bowl of soup followed by a salad after we were offered a choice of main course neither mine or my husbands were better than the buffet the dessert was also a no choice option and we felt the area you wat in was very clinical and the staff uninterested in the people dining The pool area was clean and sun loungers where easy to acquire It would have been nice if the long grass had been cut in the middle of the units and around the area in general All in all we enjoyed our week and came away refreshed and relaxed Thank you to all the staff for all the hard work done to keep us safe you are all stars I am disabled and in a wheelchair and found it was easy for my husband to wheel me around

We have just come back from a week at this hotel, we really enjoyed ourselves we was celebrating our wedding anniversary. The staff are all very friendly . The hotel is spotlessly clean , the food was nice and something available for everyone obviously because of Covid the staff plate up your hot food but you can help yourself to the salads , soup and puddings you need to wear a disposable while handling the serving spoons . I think it would of been a good idea to have a menu outside the restaurant for you to see what was available ( hot food) as I felt rushed to pick what I wanted Especially at busy times. Not a lot of vegetarian options other than salad , the margarita pizza was in the same container as the meat option ! Extra water for your room is available on request from reception and change of beach towels ( we found this out by asking ) The rooms are lovely and nearly refurbished, they have USB ports in the room . The maid comes everyday with fresh towels and the bed linen is changed . Room has an iron , safe and toiletries . The tea and coffee facilities aren’t the greatest for instance coffee is available but no milk and the tea is fruit tea . The alcoholic drinks are branded are branded absolute vodka , Jack Daniels , beefeater gin and Cocktails . This was for the premium wrist band , we was lucky and was the premium but some people weren’t and was unaware of a difference in wrist bands Also the sun beds on the beach are free for premium but other bands there is a charge and you aren’t allowed upstairs in the cocktail bar . The only thing that let the hotel down was the grounds , the grass was very long and needed a good cut as if you had a ground floor room the sun beds that came with the room was hidden by the long grass . Whether this is because of Covid ie lack of staff but for a 5 star hotel it let the hotel down the fact the grounds looked very untidy . This is nothing the hotel can do about but there is a lot of mosquitos so be prepared . We got bitten to death . Hope this review is helpful
