Just amazing. Still processing the whole experience. We did the 3 day/2night tour. It's quite expensive, personally I think it was worth every cent. Don't expect a 4 star resort, meaning the tree house is plain and probably not so clean, but it didn't bother me. If you never did any trekking in the jungle you might do a short... More

Great experience in Luang Namtha, where we did the three days trekking two nights (including a homestay) in the north of Laos. The guide was very nice and well informed, he was cleaning the path and explaining things about Laos, the villages and the ethnic minorities. He was picking up things from the ground and giving us to try different... More

I did the 2 day 1 night trek with Green Discovery in Luang Namtha. To begin with, the guide (who always makes or breaks the trek) was really cool, really chilled. I had terrible experiences with guides before, from the utterly disrespectful guide at Ever Smile Trekking in Myanmar to guides who think they are the center of attention and/or... More

Lovely environment with friendly guide (Odd and the villager), safety first culture is here so no worries about accidents. Nature is well preserved and is still rich in natural resources which makes it perfect and I mean "perfect" for eco tourism. Laos people are friendly and generous and most important they don't rip you off. The Treehouses are nothing fancy... More

What an amazing experience! the highlight of our trip In Laos; We chose the 3D/2N. We took part in the tree top adventure in Dec 2015, we booked through Green Discovery - we were picked up on time at our hotel in pakse - very safe environment; our group was just the two of us and we have 3 guides,... The guides are friendly and helpful. Safety was always first, fun was second. It was expensive for our budget but definitely worth every penny. I hope the guides get paid well because they really do a great job in making sure everyone is safe and having a great time. They were very patient with everyone. This was the highlight of... More

We visited Green Discovery when researching a boat trip to Champassak and Wat Phou. Most travel agencies seem to offer only minivan trips, we found only two that offer a boat option. Trip would consist of the boat ride to Champassak, transport to Wat Phou, 3 hrs there, lunch in Champassak and the boat ride back. Somehow GD manages to... More

I did the 2-day/1-night Treetop Explorer tour on January 22-23, and the adventure was incredible! The trek was very strenuous--my husband and I are in our mid-thirties and decently fit. The inclines are very steep and cover very rough terrain. We climbed over boulders, moss-covered rocks, tree roots, you name it. You should wear good shoes with plenty of tread.... More

This trek/adventure is well run, scenic, thrilling all around great time in a magical natural setting. Good communications, hotel pick up and drop off, friendly, helpful guides, good food in some amazing settings( dinner and breakfast overlooking a beautiful set of falls, lunches streamside or atop the escarpment at the falls edge) You sleep in treehouses, they even have bathrooms.The... An impressive adventure course and a very special experience. We took part in Green Discovery’s two day/one night Tree Top Explorer to Tat Fane waterfall. This is the largest in Laos, and extremely remotely located. You are only able to reach it and exit within a day respectively thanks to Green Discovery’s extensive zip line and climbing course. My family... More
