I have booked two trips to see the ancient Khmer temple and Bolaven plateau . I am so impress to the service. The staffs of the agent have knowledge about the areas so well and help me arrange my vacation days easily. Moreover, the drivers are so nice. they can speak English that help me a lot about local information. I was so happy!!..

WatPhou travel agency staff is professional, has a good knowledge of the area and is very well linked to accommodation and transport facilities. They are also flexible enough to arrange individual wishes. I was very satisfied how they handled my trips and can recommend them.

If I could give a zero score, I would. I came to Pakse specifically to do this tour and stoked to do it. I reserved on Trip Advisor and their partner Viatour and was, of course, immediately charged when I made the reservation. Not having received any confirmation by the night before the tour, I checked with Viatour. They tried to contact the tour operator with no success, so my tour was canceled. I’m at least glad that I wasn’t waiting at 8 AM for a van that was never going to come. So the tour operator was unresponsive to my booking. Then unresponsive to Viatour’s attempts as well. Disappointing to say the least.

We are so sorry for your booking on Viator, during Covid time we just back to reopen our tour office and on Viator still no one to take care on this and in the same time we just back to update the information on this.
