In order to visit this Monastery you have to ask your hotel who has the keys because no one lives there any more. It is related with some periods of Greek history.

Very calm and peaceful place in Pramanta. Monc that we met at the monastery was happy to tell us about monastery origin and history.

It's halfway from the village square to the views of the gorge. It's pretty amazing and so is the story (won't spoil it here).

Not much to see of monastery itself, though impressive to know when it was built, in a tough location. Free to access. A 15-minute walk down from main square of town, well signed.
