洞爺湖温泉にあるホテルに宿泊した翌朝、好天に誘われて湖畔を散策しました。温泉街には、いくつもの手湯や足湯がありました。
そのひとつがこちらの手湯、縁結びの手湯です。私たちが宿泊していたホテルから道路を挟んだ向かい側にあって、緑の龍のキャラクターが置かれていました。

私たちが宿泊していた洞爺湖温泉にある宿、乃の風リゾート。ホテル入り口から道路を挟んだ向かい側に、この縁結びの手湯がありました。
ガソリンスタンドの片隅的な場所にある小さな手湯です。手湯の上には、洞爺湖温泉のキャラクターなんでしょうか、かわいらしい龍が乗っていて、お出迎えしてくれました。

洞爺湖のマスコットキャラクター洞龍は恐竜の可愛いマスコットキャラクターです。縁結びの手湯には、洞龍がお出迎えしてくれます。洞龍があなたの縁結びをお手伝いと口からお湯を吐き出し続けています。

龍の口から湯が出てくるという、かわいらしい構造です。縁結びという名称からか、比較的賑わっていました。

洞爺湖温泉の各施設にあるモニュメント的な手湯のひとつです。
こちらの湯は、温泉街の中にあるガソリンスタンド「出光」にあります。
口コミの登録名やグーグルマップは縁結びの湯となっていますが、現地に行くと洞竜の湯となっていました。
泉質や効能は他の洞爺湖温泉と一緒なので回復系なのですが、なぜ縁結びなのでしょうか？しかもドラゴン像が・・・不思議でした。
ちなみに、冬な為でしょうか？湯皿には雪が積もっていてお湯は出ていませんでした。まぁコストもかかるし・・・

温泉街の散歩がてら、手湯めぐりもおすすめです。
こちらは、ガソリンスタンド前にあります。
曇って肌寒かったので、手だけでも温まるとほっこりできました。

訪問時は、センサーが故障したのか、スタンドの店員らしい人が修理していました。温泉街の散策ついでに立ち寄るのがよろしいかと思います。

洞爺湖観光協会でもらったパンフレットを見ながら
温泉街散策ついでに手湯足湯巡りをしました。
アニキャラのような緑のドラゴンがお出迎え。
なぜお出迎えかというとセンサーで人が来たときだけお湯が出るから。
なにか風情はありませんでしたけどね。

緑でお腹が黄色の現代的なキャラクターの龍がいました。龍に近づくとセンサーで口から温泉が出てきました。カップルで手をつけると仲良く幸せになれるそうです。
