Well informed docents and well labeled exhibits make this a worthwhile stop. Check in at the schoolhouse building before visiting the early settlers log cabin.

Our host was very knowledgable and grew up in the area. The school house artifacts reminds you of Little House on the Prairie and the home is very well preserved and takes you back in time. Worth the stop even on a sunny day
