I never thought I'd dive in Canada :)

I came across this by pure chance spotting "diving" section in the hotel's what-to-do section. I'm used to waters in asia where I complain if water drops below 26C. However, the pictures of the wrecks looked so amazing that I decided to give it a shot. The diveshop is run very professionally, the equipment is in excellent condition. It took... More

I highly recommend diving off the Deep Obsession with John as your captain - he knows all of the history of each wreck and gives great tips for the dive itself - what to see and do. We were lucky enough to have him all weekend and it was brilliant for my friends who were new to Tobermory.

The weather and water were perfect. As a novice diver, I needed more guidance and assistance with everything - Captain Mike was terrific. He helped everyone getting their gear on and off. Visited the Wetmore, Sweepstakes, and the City of Grand Rapids. Glad we came and more glad we went with Divers Den.

Boats great, loved the captains and the safety factor. Felt we were in good hands. This is the second year of us diving with Diver's Den. Thank you...perhaps next year we will make it to The City of Cleveland!

I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The dive shop was well equipped; we enjoyed our time there diving the shipwrecks.

Staff was courteous, checkin was fast and organized. Captains were great and knowledgeable. Only problem we booked 4 dives in 2 days. We pre booked with a 50% deposit. We were forced to do the exact same 2 dives on the next day. If we did not go we would loose our deposit!!! Not Cool!!! I know that weather plays... More

Excellent experience with ease! We booked the afternoon before and dove the next AM! All staff were experienced and helpful! The dive boat was clean and captain was laid back, friendly, and knowledgable! The town was quaint and the air clean. Look around and enjoy the natural beauty that is Tobermory!? We will definitely be back with friends!

We went on two separate charters through Diver's Den in September of this year. The first day was a 2-tank dive on the Niagara II. The other day was a two location charter on the Arabia and the Scoville. John was our captain both days, and he is wonderful to be around. Friendly, informative, helpful assisting us in and out... I am not rating this from my own experience. I am doing it based on my teen son, who did a discovery dive. Teens being somewhat reserved in their opinions at times, I was floored when he described it as "awesome"! He said his guide was a lot of fun. I was impressed by the safety in place. Our only... We did two two-tank dives with Diver's Den this past weekend. John was captain on both of our outings. Particularly appreciated his in-depth pre-dive briefing, not only on the dive site, but on the history of the ship and the particulars on how it ended up at the bottom. Very good operation - have dove with them before and will... More
