This was our second tour with the delightful Anna Rose, and again we were left very frustrated that we had waited so long to do it. The home of Tartufo is Pizzo and Anna not only delivered on the promise of describing this fantastic desert, but also encouraged us to partake in others we had so carelessly omitted in all... More

We met the lovely Anna in the unusual grotto of Piedigrotta. From there Anna brought us on a wonderful half day tour of Pizzo. Her knowledge & passion of the cave church and Pizzo in general going back hundreds of years was very informative. Her relaxed approach was welcoming and helped make it a great day. To finish off we... More

We had a great tour with Anna. She was very knowledgeable and was able to tell us a lot about Pizzo which isn't in the guide books. The Cave Church is seriously impressive and the ice cream break in the middle is exactly what is needed to have a break from the heat. The children also enjoyed it particularly the... More

This is our second tour organised by Anna that we have been on. We started by having a delicious ice cream – the local speciality “Tartufo di Pizzo” at Chez Toi in the main piazza in Pizzo. Anna explained the history and origin of Tartufo before taking us into the café itself and introducing us to the Master gelato maker,... More

We were stranded by another tour organizer 90 days before we were to leave for Pizzo, Calabria and I found Anna Rose @ La Dolce Vita Pizzo. I wrote her through Trip Advisor and got an immediate reply. She was sorry she would not be in Pizzo while we were there but offered to help us in any way she... More

Anna made my girls fall in love with pizzo. We all totally enjoyed our tour of pizzo and the Tartufo very informative and not boring. Thank you Anna for being a most wonderful and kind person without your help from the start of our trip we wouldn't have made it to pizzo and we would have missed a lot.

My kids and I greatly enjoyed the ice cream tour at Chez Toi in the main Piazza of Pizzo. Anna was great, and we were impressed to hear the story of Tartufo ice cream and see the work of the master ice cream maker. Besides, Anna gave me several pieces of valuable practical advice. I do recommend Anna and her... More

We did the tour of the Piedigrotto, seeing how Tartufo was made and the castle - Anna was extremely patient with our two families with children ranging from 4-11. Anna know and loves Pizzo so well and was passionate about it history and beauty and that was passed on to us! A really informative tour, finding out and seeing things... More

We did the full Pizzo tour with Anna at the beginning of our holiday in Pizzo. Anna was brilliant, before the tour she gave us loads of useful information and helped us with transfers etc... The tour itself was great, Anna has a really in depth knowledge about the sites of Pizzo and its history and is able to convey... More

Although I did not get to meet Anna because my Pizzo visit took place in late April, she was an invaluable resource for me. We communicated via email numerous times. She provided many pieces of information to help make my entire six weeks in Italy a wonderful experience. She did genealogical research for me and was able to find records... More
