About
Super Bock House of Beer is a truly unique space located at the Super Bock Group Production Plant in Leca do Balio. Set in a sophisticated environment given its modern and innovative architecture, this tour allows the visitor to discover the complete beer brewing process, starting with the raw materials and wort production, passing through the fermentation process, and finishing in the bottle filling lines. This is also a unique opportunity to get to know some of the most remarkable moments, stories and curiosities about Super Bock’s History. The tour itself ends in a beer tasting and food pairing moment, with two different Super Bock Seleccao 1927 styles of beer.

Just an amazing experience on this technology of beer crafting. Concern to human beings with excellent working conditions and a museum that is a true inspiration. My tour was conducted by Maria, that I have to commend for the passion and professional way it was performed

We had so much fun visiting the casa da cerveja. Within an hour or two you can learn all about how the products are made and some of the interesting stories that have made the company what it is today. João is a knowledgeable and approachable guide whose passion for the Superbock group is evident in how he presents the company's history and how it is run today. At the end of the tour we loved the tasting sessions and how João was able to explain how certain foods pair with different beers. This museum is a short bus ride from the airport so we were able to leave our bags at the desk and then catch out flight home once we were finished. An all round fantastic experience!

I drove past the factory every week for 4 years and never bothered visiting. Today I finally did, and it was worth it.
The history behind the brand is awesome. You get a tour of the whole craft, bottling and packaging process and a nice beer tasting at the end.
Our guide was very well informed, super nice and played along with the jokes we made along the tour 😁
Highly recommend checking it out!

Must-do if you are staying in Porto. For just 10€ you get a 2h visit throughout the whole beer making process and a fantastic tasting afterwards.
Our beer-savvy guide Monica knew all about the beers and possible food pairings.

Get to know the history behind the iconic Super Bock and how it's made! The value for the money is also amazing! For 10€ you get a 2 hour guided visit and two craft beers, plus pairing.

What an experience. Guide was so friendly and informative and with very good English. Factory tour was very good but topped by the tasting session, I didn't realise Super Bock did so many different beers, would highly recomend.

Different from other beer tours! You actually get to see the factory line which is really cool. Tasting and food pairing was also great! Well worth your money.
The ONLY thing is make sure you make a reservation. You can’t just show up like at most places (we made this mistake).

MY. OH. MY. We really enjoyed our Super Bock tour. It was one of the highlights of our trip in Porto. Definitely recommend this tour to those interested in the growing beer culture in Portugal. Although we had delays in our arrival, they were very accommodating and flexible with their scheduling. Our tour guide, Claudia, was passionate, insightful, and personable. She was knowledgeable about the history and the operations of Super Bock. At the end of the tour, we enjoyed the craft beers, which were perfectly paired with snacks of wisdom. Let's just say... we all wanted to work for Super Bock and demanded the international expansion into North America. We definitely felt like part of the Super Bock family. 11/10. oBOCKgado!
P.S. Be careful on those stairs. They're perfectly normal, and it was the best part of the "trip".
