Don't miss the thrill of a lifetime with Romantic Tour's Jet Ski Adventure in Bora Bora!

We recently had the adrenaline-pumping experience of exploring Bora Bora's stunning lagoon with Ali as our expert guide. From the moment we revved up the engines, we knew we were in for a wild ride! Ali's extensive knowledge of the island's hidden coves, secret beaches, and majestic scenery made this tour truly unforgettable.

As an experienced jet ski pilot, Ali navigated the waters with ease, taking us on a thrilling adventure around the island. We felt safe and exhilarated as we sped across the crystal-clear waters, taking in the breathtaking views of Bora Bora's towering mountains and overwater bungalows.

At mid point, Ali took us to a secluded island nestled by the reef, where she showed us the art of opening a fresh coconut. It was a delightful surprise, and we savored every moment of this tropical treat.

Highly recommended activity!

Tamu and Vairea, our hosts during the tour, were nothing but awesome. Tamu took us around the island, to swim with rays and sharks, on a beautiful comfortable boat, providing information, refreshments. He even played the ukulele! Vairea, for her turn, waited for us with amazing food. She fixed raw fish with limes, vegetables and coconut milk in front of us and told us stories about life in the islands, her childhood, the language, local manners... After we had eaten, she took us around her property, a pearl on a motu. She showed us the local trees and plants, such as the Uru tree, used for many culinary purposes, such as the purée she had served us earlier. Best part of the trip, besides the astounding natural beauty of Bora Bora, was the interaction we had with Vairea and Tamu. We recommend their tour, It was one of the best moments we had in our trip to Polinesia (and we had so many!).

We went on a morning tour with Teva as our tour guide. He was an excellent tour guide and very knowledgeable you could tell he loves what he does. The lunch prepared for us was amazing and the fruits and poisson cru was prepared right in front of us. We recommend this tour!

If you are going to Bora Bora, book this tour! Great for couples. It has everything: boat tour around the island, swimming with sharks and rays, snorkeling a coral garden, food and drinks. You won't feel rushed at any of the stops. Plenty of time to enjoy the day. Our captain, Heimana, and our lunch chef, Laiila, were wonderful. Excellent Service and so much fun!

Touring Bora Bora is amazing! Where else can you swim with sharks, pet eagle rays, and see dozens of aquatic species? What makes this tour better than the others is the people. Sam was informative, personable, and fun. Vi was gracious, hospitable, and kind. We’ll take this tour again when we visit Bora Bora!

My wife and myself went on this trip, there is only one other couple. so 4 people on the boat with our guide Bob. Very good experience, lotsa fish to see. Fun and relaxing.

We did snorkeling at three different locations. Every time our guide (Bob) go down into the water with a giant camera and record the activity. At the end of the tour, Bob gave us his business card and tell us to email him for the photo and videos he took. I was pleased with his service and effort for taking all the videos, so I offer him a big tip (30% of the fee).

I email him couple days later for the videos and he responded the videos will be for another 100 euro!

Im not saying he should be doing it for free, but at least be up front with us... kinda give me a bad taste in the mouth.

Other than that, everything else was nice.

St James Restaurant is wonderful. Make your own way there and enjoy the great food and splendid view. The cruise was half-baked. I've been on dinner cruises before. They were all much larger affairs. This was more like the Disneyland jungle cruise without the fake animals. We just drove around in a small boat and were offered ordinary snack items from the grocery store. Our driver was nice, and he did steer with his foot while he serenaded us with a 4 string string guitar, but we were disappointed. The dinner ended abruptly when we were given 5 minutes notice that our taxi would be leaving and it would be more than an hour before the next one. So we wolfed down our dessert, paid cash for our cocktails and rushed out the door. Not so romantic.

My wife and I were on our honeymoon. Bora Bora was our 2 island and we were here for only 3 nights. I had booked directly with the company (Bora Bora Romantic Tour / Moana Adventure Tours) for the 2 hour sunset tour and dinner at St James. Even emailed the night before to confirm a few things.

The email from the company said pick-up was at 4:00PM on the St Regis hotel dock. We were waiting there at 3:50PM. At 4:10 - with no boats in sight, I inquired with the conceigre to assist me in finding out what is going on (as I don't have cell service).

Turns out, it was a comedy of errors:

- the pickups for this tour for the hotel is actually at 3:45PM (which I would have known if the hotel had booked with the vendor on my behalf). So I was given wrong information directly by the company.
-the captain of the boat didn't even tell the hotel he was missing two people. Otherwise, the convergence would have tried to contact us (and found out we were on our way).
-the company never tried to contact me directly or offer any type of recourse. If it wasn't for the wonderful people at the St Regis, who knows how this would have resolved
-due to exchange rates (between booking and refund), I actually lost money

My wife was on the verge of tears and we wasted almost a hour just waiting and figuring out next steps.

You can tell a lot by the quality of a company and its personnel when something goes wrong. The St Regis went above and beyond try to help us (even though it wasn't their issue). Bora Bora Romatic Tour / Moana Adventure Tours management did barely anything.

My advice to travelers (esp. those staying at the fancier hotels e.g. Conrad, St. Regis, Four Seasons) to ask the hotel to arrange the booking.

Ia Orana Mr Rui BAO, Thank you for choosing Bora Bora Romantic Tour and take time to share your feeling regarding our service on Trip Advisor. First of all we would like to present our apologies for the inconvenience concerning your combo sunset cruise and romantic dinner group tour. A remark about your score of point 1, after learning about your review, this is not the combo sunset cruise & romantic dinner that is in question but the pick-up time that you consider wrong. After checking, as every day we always confirm all our tours the day before at St. Regis concierge. We told to Agathe (one of the concierge, May 17th) that the departure was advanced at 3:45pm instead of 4:00pm. We also have been trying to reach you in your room 3 times by phone, but unfortunately without success, you never take/receive our calls. Agathe said to us that she advises you, but apparently you never received/taken into consideration any message from the concierge. The day of the tour, May 18th at 3:45pm the captain (Nicolas) and the guide (Felipe) arrived on time at 3:45pm at the dock and said at concierge on duty (Tamahere) that there are 2 couples from St Régis (you and another one). Apparently she hasn’t got the information about your direct booking with us. Our boat was waiting for you on the St Régis dock for 20 minutes. Unfortunately, you did no show. At 4:05pm our captain called our office and advise us that you were not on time and they need to leave the St Régis with only one couple (instead of 2), to be on time for other couples from other hotels. Tamahere (with the second couple well informed that the pick-up was changed) was agree with this decision and said that the tour can start without you (she said to our staff that you had probably canceled). Finally at 4:16 pm, we received your email that you were waiting since around 20mn and in the same time we received a call from the concierge. This is probably why concierges made a lot of effort to « find a solution » and help you due to this misunderstanding (between direct booking and hotel booking). Unfortunately, it will be too late for the captain to come back and change the itinerary of the rest of the group due to the sunset time. The same evening (May 18th) another concierge (Elena) sent an email at 6:49pm and ask for a refund that we had accepted because we understood your disappointment due to this misunderstanding. We work for several years with all hotels in Bora Bora and we have a very courteous exchanges. On May 19th at 9:41am, the General Manager, Stephane Dailly, sent you an email (with Elena concierge at St Régis in copy) to apologies and to confirm that we proceeded the full refund of your excursion on May 22nd (business days). Perhaps this message was blocked in your spam mail box (copy at your disposal). On May 22nd at 12:44pm the full refund (43 000 XPF) was done through PayZen without any penalty. A copy of this refund is also at disposal, perhaps your bank has retained a management fees, which we cannot be held responsible, or due to the rate exchange (as USD dollar change everyday, we sent a payment order in XPF and refund in XPF, foreign currency transaction are translated into XPF at the average exchange rate on the transaction date). FYI, Mr Bao, by opting for a group tour instead of a private tour you are a little more dependent on the group and therefore transfers. For another time, it’s might be preferable to opt for a private tour that you could book through the hotel or by our service, at your convenience. Private tour is generally the best and first choice of our guests from Conrad, St Régis and Four Seasons, of course it’s more expensive, but we are sure that corresponds exactly to you and your wife and thus avoid the sorrow that your wife may had felt. Again we are really sorry for the misunderstanding and please accept our sincere apologies. The comments of our customers are very important for us to serve you always better and progress. We remain at your disposal if you wish to contact us directly and hope to have another opportunity to give you a better memory of our company. Best Regards, All the team of Bora Bora Romantic Tour

We only booked this at the last minute and were so glad we did. The snorkelling spots were amazing with so much to see. Our guide was easy going, entertaining and informative. The bbq lunch was probably the best meal we had during our stay in Bora Bora!!
