Beautiful and unique designs. A lovely gift for anyone. I particularly loved the glass blown bowls. It is a small store so I had to watch my back while carrying my back pack

Thank you for your feedback, it's so nice to hear that you liked our glass. Sorry about the space, it's all we've got. Good thing you watched your back, thank you! :-) Welcome back if you should come to Karasjok again.

This glassblower studio and shop is located inside the same building as the tourist information and right next to the Sami park. You can watch the glass blower(s) work or wander around and see all the beautiful items that are made.

Visiting Boble glasshytte we also were lucky to meet owner and artist Tonje. She gave us the most important information we as tourist first time in Karasjok could have got! Wonderful glass-art, beautiful items. Recommended! Important to use time on the video/film telling about the lapps (samer) in the museum next to the glass-studio. Nice and lovely experimence.

Tonje is a unique artist who blows the glass directly in front of you while you watch. Then you're able to purchase from a range of larger and smaller items from glassware to baubles. It's incredible to see the glass quickly transform from soft and red-hot to clear and hard. Beautiful items. Highly recommended stop in Karasjok.
