Definitely recommendable. Hike climbing up took a little less than an hour I think. Coming down was definitely faster. We spent a few hours up there just watching the eagles, the little birds, the boats and of course the amazing view. You can even go down to the little beach nearby for a swim & view mount pinacle from there.

We were looking go hiking nearby montreal since Quebec is known for nice hiking spots. Came across Mount Pinacle and just absolutely loved it. It was a bit hard for the first hike of the season but WOW once you get to the top its pure heaven. The view is stunning and the hike was not that hard but it... More

Mount Pinacle is decent sized mountain with several trails to chose from depending on one's hiking style. It is an easy hike with a great view. Fires, camping, bikes, motorcycles or snowmobiles are not aloud. This is to preserves the nature of the place. It is closed from the beginning of November in till May.

The hike was uphill most of the way, on sometimes narrow and rocky paths, but once you reach the top the view is beautifully stunning.

This is an intermediate hike, but absolutely breathtaking once you get to the summit. Very family friendly! Takes about an hour up and back. You can also bring a picnic and eat at the top. Parking is free and close by. Great pics!

A true park with ample parking, very clean, quaint shops and great walking areas. Pets are welcome during daylight hours.

As the Prekstolen in Stavanger Norway is so famous, the mount pinacle is a mini version but as magnificent and accessible by walking. 40 mins moderate walk to the big rocks on the top, overlooking the lake and pastoral greenery! The photo speaks well than thousands words.

Easy hiking trails, with a well maintained bike path. Even with cloudy weather the views were gorgeous. Looking forward to going back in warmer weather.

My kids, husband and I went there and it is a wonderful place. It is not too difficult to climb and kids can also come (my 7 and 5-years old kids had no problems at all to climb to the top of the mountain). The trail is very well-maintained. The view is just wonderful. We took lots of great photos.

This was my first hiking experience. I saw photos of Mount Pinacle and immediately wanted to go. The photos do not do justice! The view from the look out points were amazing! I am not a star athlete, I didn't find the hike super hard but it was a really good workout. Its great to have a picnic on the... More
