Through experience, I have found that this place can get very busy at times. I have also visited la thuile which has a lot more slopes and a lot less people (just for a comparison), basically it is good however there aren't that many slopes and there are a lot of people. If you get a private skiing instructor here,... More

My second visit to La Rosiere. We took our relatively inexperienced, young children - this is the perfect resort for them. The vast majority of the slopes are big blues with the occasional gentle reds and a couple of blacks. They could ski without you having to worry about where they were going, there are several pistes designed for kids... More

I have just returned from a fantastic ski trip to La Rosiere. I really enjoyed the resort with plenty to do for a complete beginner (a scaredy mummy) and more adventurous children and husband. The resort is pretty with lots of red blue and green runs, but only a couple of blacks for the experts. You can easily ski to... More

Myself and party recently stayed with Morealps for a week's skiing in La Rosiere. Everything from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. Daniel, our host for the week, was incredible! He was great fun and cooked amazing food! Dan (one of the owners of Morealps) was very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. All of the staff we encountered... More

Returned from an enjoyable weeks February skiing in La Rosiere, actually staying in neighboring Les Eucherts (lovely walk between the two). Very pretty (though purpose built) ski resort, no high-rise just chalets. Not massive by any means but plenty of choice of shops, restaurants etc. Night life low key - not a party resort (suited me!), but there are enough... More

This is our first visit to La Rosiere and the Ski resort is great, lots to do and the village is lovely, I traveled with my husband and were looking for a quiet location with great skiing. Unfortunaley we stayed at Les Balcons Chalet 7, this is a very large group of self catering chalets. They were perfectly located, the... More

A small pretty resort ideal for a week. Due to go back for 3rd year in a row as we can't bring ourselves to go anywhere else yet in case it's not as good but in a different chalet this time. Mixed group from experienced to adult and child beginners. Accommodation with Morealps.com catered chalets and had fantastic food both... More

Second time here with the family. We love this small but friendly resort, it's small but really good for learners and intermediates. The restaurants are great and Evolution 2 who we used for lessons were excellent. If you have small kids take them along 'Narnia' to Les Eurchets, they will love it! We went with Ski Esprit, staying in Chalet... More
