It's on a hill. You can visit here on the way from Kohima to Kisama. As it does not take time if you have a car, it's recommended to visit here. You can enjoy the unique structure, good ambience inside and outside. Also a nice view from the hill towards the city. Enjoy.

Good place to visit just to see the external architecture, and the surroundings, underwise normal church. Situated at a height which gives a good view of whole kohima.

It is really an architectural landmark! Besides its standing as the centre of the Catholic Church of Nagaland. Its architectural might and complexity is a surprise. The semicircular building with its modern architectural thinking covers one side of the Armature hill with every bit of construction planned in details, providing no space to be wasted. Fantastic one

The Reconciliation Cathedral is the biggest church of eastern India. The modern architecture is admirable. Located on the Aradura Hilltop, it also offers a good panoramic view of Kohima. It is worth visiting on a Sunday during the mass. The religious frescoes are also equally impressive!

The steel beamed interior of this cathedral is a marvel of construction. And the stained glass display above the altar is quite beautiful.

The architecture of the cathedral is quite different from any of the other catholic churches or cathedrals. It is based on the traditional Naga design of houses and buildings giving it a unique look which makes it look more Naga and less Catholic.
