It takes only an hour from Dhaka. The place is green, peaceful, and tranquil. It is a place where friends and family can plan half a day trip. It is very natural and beautiful, certainly worthy. There is the option for lunch inside. Highly recommended.

Zinda park is very close to Dhaka, only about two kilometers from the end of 300 foot road, but it will give you the feeling of a perfect outing. Kids would love this place, as there are a lot of empty fields and trees everywhere. you can even do boating. Good parking facility and cheap entry fee are one of the great facilities.

We visited from Dhanmondi, Dhaka. It's a very nice for day out near Dhaka city. Communication is very good. Thee are lots of resorts around the fringe of Dhaka. But it is very close. Nature and built nature within it is pleasant. But catering is not so qualified. Anyone can bring food from outside. I shall recommend this for family day out.

Nice park and nice green senario. But nothing to recommend. People here are not nice. Staffs are rude.

Good spot for a day long trip for a medium size group. They have enough parking space and big football field as well. Outsider food is not allowed. I found some local teenagers/couples in some indecent situation. However, during weekend or holiday it is quiet crowdy.

This is a nice place to visit nearby Dhaka, specially with the family. It’s calm, clean, peaceful and green! No beggars were found inside (this was best for me!). I would suggest to bring Day picnic accessories with you, even you can bring the food with you as well. Per person entry fee is 200tk, car parking place is available and food is available within the facility too. There is mosque inside and boats are available (rented) too!
Overall, it’s fun and good escape from the city life for a whole day!

Let me tell you what it is not: it is not a fancy resort. What it is? It is a well kept place of scenic beauty. And I believe this is the nearest place of it’s kind to Dhaka. Entry fee is BDT 100. That’s pittance when you consider what you get in return: clean air and luscious green. They have a library with a unique architecture. Entry fee to the library is 20 taka. Collection of book is mostly Bangla. The name is funny but the place is literally zinda, i.e. alive. We loved the place. Our children did too.

This is a superb place for a day out. The place is very near to Dhaka and destination has less traffic. The entry fee is only 100 taka and if you carry your own food then only 25 taka extra you need to pay.
This is initiative by local villagers. You will find lots of tree and green environment there. Inside the park they have good arrangement for visitors. They have lake , garden, tree house, library, clinic , school, restaurant for visitors. All construction are made considering the nature.
Inside the park is very safe. Children can enjoy more here.
Restaurant is also attractive, but food option is very limited. If anyone carry their own food then they can enjoy the food in open space or in restaurant.
The place more attractive during rainy season.

Hello,
I would like to know the exact details of how to go to Zinda park using a public transport.
All the tour blogs , both videos and written ones, use the same wording "The easiest way is through Kuril Flyover....".
I would like a response from someone who has actually went there and not the words copied from one of those sites.
Thanks you so much for your help.
