Probably the best scuba diving in Cyprus! Poseidon is a friendly and professional PADI & SSI dive centre very close to Fig Tree Bay in Protaras. The dive centre offers a great experience for all the family, from beginners to experienced divers. We have regular trips to the world-famous Zenobia wreck and we offer all diver training from Open Water to SSI professional. We also have special packages for couples celebrating a special day (ask us about this). You can find us on the main road through Protaras, opposite the Andreotis Hotel Apartments. Incredible diving experience with Gabriel, Valentine and Anne at Poseidon. There were 5 of us having our first diving experience on a Discover Scuba Diving dive. They really made sure we had the best experience by picking the best dive site for the tricky weather conditions on the day. When they first site didn’t have great visibility due to the waves, they found us somewhere else to dive with crystal clear water at the amazing Musan site. They allowed us to all go down together which is different from other companies I had previously tried who wanted to split our group up and enter the water at different times. The underwater museum at the Musan was incredible and Poseidon kindly provided us with videos and photos after and this was included in the price. facilities were brilliant with tea and coffee offered before and after diving. Would highly recommend this dive centre.

Did 3 days diving including the Zenobia wreck twice and the deep diver course could not be happier with the service we received. Had a brilliant time and great instructors. I unfortunately lost a bit of kit during my last day diving but they have manged to recover it and are thankfully going to post it back really great service. Cannot thank them enough for the whole experience. Would 100% recommend Poseidon dive center very friendly well manged and great value for money. It was a really nice touch getting sent pictures of the dives at the end.

I first scuba dived with Poseidon Dive Centre in 2014 and did my first Open Water course with them in 2016. Since then I’ve done all of my dive courses with Tina and Kiron at Poseidon Dive Centre and recently completed my Divemaster course with them. Kiron is an amazing instructor and is the reason I wouldn’t go anywhere else to certify. I have always felt safe diving with him and if I was ever nervous he would take the dive slow, reassure me and regularly check I was okay 👌.
After having spent 2 months with them, seeing how patient they are with new or nervous divers and how well Kiron teaches and demonstrates the course content I wouldn’t ever choose to go somewhere else! If you’re thinking of doing a Discover Scuba Dive, a dive course or a guided dive I would 110% recommend them to you :)

Cannot recommend this Company enough Gab was absolutely amazing with our son doing his Junior Open Water, Joss our son loved every second and Gab became a friend for life.
I don’t post a lot of reviews as I have to be either really disappointed or really really impressed and with Poseidon Diving I’m pleased to say it’s really impressed.

If you are looking to learn or enjoy yourself, I highly recommend giving Poseidon Dive Center a try. The entire staff was great. I have zero complaints. Very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs and wants. The staff was very knowledgeable and personally trained us to become certified drivers. Even though I was learning, I enjoyed the entire experience. I received all the help I needed to feel comfortable and safe.

Best beginner scuba diving experience! Very clear instructions given before starting. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying scuba diving for the first time. Our scuba diving instructor Marian was very patient and made us feel very safe.

We had 3 brilliant dives with the Poseidon Dive Centre. Such a calm and stressfree experience after being out of the water for 10 years. Valentina was very understanding and a great help guiding me past all my insecurities. The refresher dive was amazing but the cherry on the cake was our dive at Musan. Thank to Gabriel, Anne and especially Valentine for making our dives so memorable.

I cannot recommend Poseidon Dive Centre enough! A wonderful, warm, professional family dive team, that helped instil total confidence and self-belief in my two children (ages 11 and 13) to achieve their PADI junior open water dive qualification. Nothing was too much trouble for Tina and her crew. She even made sure we had all the right size of equipment for my youngest, by posting a few items to us in UK (to try on) ahead of arriving in Cyprus! We are definitely returning to Poseidon this season. MASSIVE THANK YOU Tina and Kiron!

The activity was fabulous! Our instructor, Marion was patient and experienced. We didn’t know swimming and this didn’t hinder our activity. We enjoyed our time under water and also received our photos and videos after! Thanks to the Poseidon Dive center😃

First i want to thank everyone in Poseidon for two amazing dives! You have made this one of the best holiday memories of my life. Despite my numerous physical disabileties (I have light CP, hydrocephalus, and I´m paralysed from waist down due to Spina bifida aka. my feet are like overcooked spaghetti floating like champagne corcks, and my arms are al dente :P) the crew at Poseidon saw only possibilities and solutions, and not problems. I encourage others with any disabilities not to let it be a hinder, as there are people out there willing to make the adjustments needed to make your dream come true. Million thanks again to Poseidon for making one of my dreams come true! Hope to dive with you again!

Yes, you will need to do the Discover Scuba class first and then you can dive up to 12m with an instructor. you can book online on our website or you can email or call.

Good afternoon, hope you are very well. We would be very interested in knowing the current rates of a dive for two adults this summer, we came to you in 2015 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We have booked our holiday for July at Smartline Hotel, Protarus and definitely want to dive again.
