Having read a lot on bunkers it was my first experience to see real bunkers outside of ones created at museums. Very well maintained and very informative. Good place to visit and take children especially teenagers to give them a perspective of history wars and...More

My visit to the bunkers was very interesting, it's fascinating to explore these signs of history and take a nice walk. The scenery is beautiful, especially at sunset or -rise and I recommend this to everyone who's interested in nature and war history.

This is not just a nice hike by the ocean but also a great way to introduce history to your children. I herd this is the most amount of bunkers left from WWII in any country. It was super intersting!

The bunkers are in general not cleared for sand so it’s in most cases only possible to see from the outside. The bunkers in Blåvand are more interesting. Spond 1 hour there and thats sufficient.

A nice stroll with good scenery. We had time to kill before taking the ferry to Norway so we decided to check out the lighthouse and bunkers. I wouldn't make a special trip to see either one!

In the current context, the name is misleading - there ain't any cannons that would form a battery. Not only the bunkers but also a small museum dedicated to the lighthouse, the picnic area (enclosed seating) can be accessed free-of-cost. The only fee you pay...More

Absolutely loved our walk through this place rich in history. The bunkers are SO interesting to wander around and through. I’ve never been anywhere with this many bunkers so easily accessible with the routes between them still walkable and intact. This is one interesting and...More

We were disappointed. The bunker contained just sleeping quarters and some bits found in the ground. We could still see some foundations where the radar antennas had been during WW2, but nothing of the radar installations.

Would help with a bit more guidance on where and how to go plus cleaning it up a bit to call it a museum.
