- Vicki hutchinson16 contributionsBangkok Miracle LoungeInitially I was very disappointed.. But that was because the food buffet was breakfast brunch. But then all the Thai favourites came out..very good. I did think the lounge may have recliner chairs and toilets and showers. Maybe even TV.Visited November 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten November 23, 2023
- Dusan NVientiane, Laos11 contributionsNot good experienceIn the location information in the reservation / booking, it is written 3rd floor. There are so many wings. Much better, or to say it is a MUST to indicate near which gate Miracle is. From the point of where I have reached Miracle and paid for my stay, I needed at least 10 minutes of brisk walk to the totally different wing to get to the accommodation. Price for 6 hours is ~170USD. That is overpriced for the services offered. Room was clean and fine, although no soap in bathroom. Food offered was ridiculously small in quantity and choices Miracle is exploiting demand for overnight stay.Visited January 2024Traveled on businessWritten January 11, 2024
- Jenny HGreater Melbourne, Australia5 contributionsOK for short stay between long flightsOk for a short stay between long flights. About a 15 min drive from airport. Shuttle bus was prompt. Follow instructions from hotel as to where to find the meeting point for the shuttle bus at the airport. Hotel was average but I haven’t stayed in any others in Bangkok so can’t compare. Worked well for our needs.Visited January 2024Traveled with familyWritten January 20, 2024
- Eirik V1 contributionMiracle Loung on G2 in Bangkok AirportMe and my wife did take Finnair from Bangkok to Helsinki. When we did check in. They said to us. We could go to Miracle Lounge on G2. When we did come to the Lounge. Try to open Wifi that didnt work. Then I was thinking to find something to eat. The only thing they have was Sandwitch with chess and ham. Hot dog and Rice. If you planing to drink Red or White Wine they dont have glass but paper cup for drinking. After that I planing to go the WC. Ther was many people sitting on the floor. Who have paid for coming in to the Lounge. Next time I will go to McDonald`s and take a Big Mack set before I go to Miracle Loung Busniess Class.Visited February 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten March 10, 2024
- VictorianladMelbourne, Australia17,470 contributionsMundaneThere are several of these Miracle lounges at Bangkok Airport. The one I patronised was very small, seating no more than 40 passengers. There was a limited range of hot and cold foods, and a small self-serve bar. I tried the local version of sausage rolls. Toilets (for males) were a 20 metre walk across the corridor, rather than inside the lounge. By the time I left there were about 30 in the lounge. Far from the most impressive airline lounge worldwide.Visited March 2024Traveled soloWritten March 22, 2024
- robert-not-home2,384 contributionsBe sure to check amenities as there are several miracle lounges and they varyAt the miracle lounge at Gate F and it is basic at best. No bathroom though there is one close to it. The AC works great so much cooler than the general airport. There is a basic selection of food and drink. The overall lounge is small and a bit worn. From what I’ve read the amenities vary based on which of the miracle lounges you pick here as there are severalVisited April 2024Traveled soloWritten April 1, 2024
- Cara RWinter Springs, Florida4 contributionsComplete waste of moneyI don't understand the high reviews of this place. We paid $40+ to sit in a private area. They offered very poor snack choices . The cold beverages were room temperature. There are two spots that I noticed that you could charge your phone (which of course was full). This space offered NOTHING that I could not have purchased for myself in the airport cheaper (except a shower). Definitely not with $40 USD per person !!!! There was a free lounge in Icheon that you could actually last down and nap in FOR FREE !Visited April 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten April 13, 2024
- 13itBengaluru, India1,282 contributionsGood enough for light food before flight.Just another lounge in BKK airport. Good part is they accept priority pass making access easier but that also makes in crowded. Decent seating space but pretty much always remain full. Table clearance takes time, so is the food refill. Food options are also very limited. Drink options are decent - nothing luxury but good enough. Staffs are generally helpful. Overall an ok place to grab little snacks and drinks before your flight.Visited August 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten September 7, 2024
- Jason D10 contributionsVery Tired.Booked the Miracle First Class Lounge on a return trip to Australia from Bangkok. Wasn't impressed, the food was average and felt like it had been out since breakfast. I tried the sandwiches because the hot food was not good. Unfortunately the bread was stale, I imagine the sandwiches had been out for a while. At least the bar fridge was stocked and enjoyableVisited September 2024Traveled soloWritten September 21, 2024

How they can call this a lounge is beyond me, does not even have toilet facilities inside, cramped and dirty, with tiny tables and very uncomfortable chairs.
Limited selection of food and drink.
I've been to a few lounges and this was the worst.
No showers, no where to rest, hardly any sockets ( & those that are here are not universal or USB) limited clean up service, bad enough that this is offered to business class passengers, but please don't specifically pay money to voluntarily come in here!!
The flooring is grubby and the laminate poorly fitted.
Very uncomfortable.

Number one complaint, very very few charging locations. I think I saw ten outlets in the entire lounge. Completely unacceptable to pay $50 for a lounge with no charging ports.
Second, the food is awful and will most likely get you sick. The food is room temperature and has absolutely no flavor. It is just absolutely awful food.
Third, there are no actual lounging chairs. Not a place to take a nap at all.
The only thing that is good about it is there is an open bar. So if you plan on drinking $50 USD worth of booze it might be worth it. Other than that it is complete garbage.

This is a real disgrace. At about $us40 for two hours you get almost nothing that you can't get just outside the door. The place is a worn mess and the facilities are laughable. I asked if they would call me when my flight was boarding. They told me I could see it on the notice board. But there are no notice boards visible from the seating areas. The design offers nothing to make ones stay comfortable or relaxing. The food was disgusting : stone cold greasy pastries. Two choices of inedible meat dishes, nothing vegetarian or even pescatarian. A truly revolting , watery potato soup, obviously from a powder packet, some nasty, stale cheese sandwiches, a few sodas and beers and that's it. I've eaten 10 times better at a cheap truck stop. At this price and for this service they should certainly be prepared prepared to suck up the Amex commission. To not accept a major credit card at an international airport is pretty much the definition of "cheap". As I write the air conditioner is about as noisy as the jet engines on the tarmac. I am taking an aspirin for the headache it's giving me. For God's sake stay away from this dump!

After a long journey from Australia I paid for a two hour stay and was most looking forward to a shower and change of clothes. There was no hot water and the attendant seemed indifferent to my appeal for help so I had to have a cold shower.
Front desk staff offered no compensation and suggested that I go back to the other cubicle that had hot water. The moment and pleasure were lost no Miracle Lounge for me.
Furthermore the internet in the area we were sitting in drops off continually, I will not use this Miracle Lounge brand again.

If you are flying with a partner airline, example Malaysia airlines, and you do your check in online (electronic boarding pass only) they will deny your entry. Very annoying as its a hike to find this lounge anyway. And even if you do go back to a transit counter and print a boarding pass they will gin around and discuss your ticket as if to indicate you shouldnt have access. When you finally get in it is total rubbish anyway and really not worth the effort.

I spent a lot of time walking around the lounge to get away from people taking endless loud video calls. The exact opposite of a pleasant place to work or relax. I think the staff need to do a much better job of creating a pleasant atmosphere. Or at least have a quiet zone section for those of us who expect a good experience.

Only go here IF you are not in a FF programmed. The person Boonyamuch pangkanya was a happy to copy my ticket for access however she did not tell me I was eligible to go to a more upmarket longe - so instead of a clean space and PowerPoints for charging I sat in a room which was cold, not that clean and few power outlets. It was only after an hour when I saw other Australians being directed yo a nicer longe I realised I too could have been directed there, This longe and reception are my last memories of Thailand and hence not positive. Sure u can say entitled however in this case I was entitled to a better service than that provided in this lounge. Don’t pay for it unless you like to drink spirits - there was ample but little healthy food AND no bathroom. A very poor choice for anyone.

Cost THB 1,500 per person (about GBP£37.50) for up to 2 hrs. Good range of hot food, rather limited on desserts (fruit and ice cream), open bar with help yourself wine, beer, spirits, soft drinks, water. Two showers at end of each toilet area. Shower rooms are spacious with towel, shampoo, shower gel etc provided but no hot water when I used them around 9pm. Plenty of seating and mostly quiet adult ambience when I visited.

During transit to Abu Dhabi by Etihad Airways, directed by Info Counter to Miracle 1st Class Lounge as I was too early for Transfer check in. Friendly staff at Reception let me checked in to the lounge earlier with my Online Boarding Pass , much appreciated. Lounge staff worked hard to keep food replenished & keep clean as many airlines passengers were using. This review is dedicated to Friendly & Hard working staff ! Thanks !

Pay to lounge for those who may not be on Business/First Class, but want to feel or act as if they were on one.
Well, you pay for what you find pleasurable.
Honestly, it's just over eating and drinking before more eating and drinking on your flight.
The food spread is not really something to shout about. At most, enough to fill you, but I think there are more restaurants out in the open for food, than buffet food.
It's a nice place to chill, but hey, you can chill almost anywhere in the airport.
But I guess if you're on a long layover, you could spend good time in this lounge.
Why did you get a flight with such a long layover??
So really, don't waste time, don't waste money.
More to enjoy outside than inside this dated lounge.
Unless you have money to spend.

Hello fellow beloved travellers,
Need you help here.
I have a 9 hour Layover in Bangkok Survanabumi International Airport. Boarding Thai Airways to London.
May I know which Lounge should I visit or buy the paid lounge access.
Thank you.

There are couple lounges in different area of Sukhumvit airport. Facilities are almost same. In the D6 area the lounge is bigger & facilities are better. Also can take shower there. Bon voyage.

I am booked in here for April. I saw a couple of videos online that showed live cooking stations. Is all the food included in the price or is this premium food that you have to pay extra for?
Written February 8, 2019
It was all included in the price when I visited, including the live cooking areas.

Can I access this lounge as an arriving passenger?
Written September 10, 2018
If your ticket class allows it and you are on transit, likely yes. Staff is very accurate on checking for that.
