Never anything to complain about here! Me and my partner love coming here, coffee is great. Snack bar with a good range of choices. Everything squeaky clean and excellent, comfy seats with great sound system.
Make it your regular go-to, you won't be disappointed!

Prices are excellent. Staff unfriendly. Cinema smells musty like a charity shop. Seats are ripped. But has so much potential with some old features. Cobwebs over lamps

AMAZING local cinema, me and my partner always come here, so cheap and very nice building, why go to a overpriced ugly chain cinema when this is on your doorstep, food and drinks also very good price for a cinema. However they don’t have salted popcorn from the scooper.

I just wanted to say this is a must watch film about mental health I didn't need one but bring a box of tissues. This cinema is cheap as chips and the food and drinks are a bargain too

It's friendly, it's local, it's excellent value - why go anywhere else?
In fact - its fame is spreading. A friend brings his family from north Hereford to see a film here. He tells me: "It's a day out - the children love driving through the Forest, and with the money I save [by not going to the multiplex] we can have a meal out too!

We just went to see Lion King and were really looking forward to it but we ended up walking out. There was constant talking and we could not hear any of it. People were also still coming in and taking their seats even after the film has started.
We asked the people in front of us who turned up late to be quiet and they were just rude back to us. The people behind us were making the odd comment to each other too.
This is a lovely cinema with great prices, but it is badly supervised. There should have been a member of staff in the room for the first 10 minutes of the film keeping people settled.
Also, if people are late, they shouldn’t be allowed to walk in and call out to their friends and laugh and giggle.
We missed the first 5 mins and decided not to stay for the rest.
We went downstairs and told the guy behind the desk who was very apologetic but really someone should have come up and kicked anyone out that was being disruptive. It is a shame that we had to leave and not them. Someone else also came down and asked the staff to turn it up. But really, people should be asked to be quiet, rather than it just being turned up.

It is good value for money, but we would rather pay £8 each for a more comfortable experience. Unfortunately it has put us off and we won’t be returning.

Watched the Lion King in this small independent cinema. Absolute bargain at £4 each. Old cinema from around 1910 feel ripped off going home to Salisbury!!
£1.20 for 4 hours parking loads of charity shops and an amazing butchers Cameron’s.
