This lovely church is really a gem. We went to a one hour concert there and enjoyed the perfect acoustic. There are many 15 th century frescos still in good condition. The star is the altar which is a beautiful stone central structure.

Do not forget to visit: it is magic. It is quite incredible to find a Cathedral like this in a so remote place! The Ciborio is something perfect in art, color, function, location, materials, artwork, maintenance ... Silence is full of spirituality!

Do visit - it is in the centre of Sovano. Like most Tuscan churches there is wall art and very impressive windows.
