We enjoyed this one - it's not a huge place by any means, and the walk up the hill is 'refreshing' to say the least, but it is well worth it for the views.
This is only open during part of the year (April to October), on Sundays 14.00 until 17.00. But if you're in the vicinity it is well worth a look.

Walking from Gossau ZH until Schloss in Uster was nice, very nice view and we end of in Uster Schloss. You can see the city from above Uster.

Uster is a small city, where the Castle (Schloss) is the most important sightseeing place. It is located on a hill and seen from almost everywhere in Uster. You can have lunch, drink a beer or eat ice cream in Argentinian restaurant very close to the Castle.

This restaurant its very nice, especially in the summer time, you can eat the meal in the terrase having a nice panorama. If you like Argentina food you should try this restaurant. Love to go there.

A short stop but worth it for the great view of Uster. The building wasn't open when we visited late in the afternoon but we walked around the patio and enjoyed the view. Beautiful, well maintained building and grounds. Enjoyable, very few people - so nice and quiet.
