an amazing experience in the holy land of Palestine. I guarantee you'll have such a great time and get to meet nice people. You'll see how the brewery is manufacturing the local beer, and you'll listen to the whole story of establishing such a business in a unique area in the Middle East.

I read about Birzeit Brewery and Shephers Beer and since I love beer, I thought I should visit.
The manager was very friendly and showed me around the factory and explained the beer brands to me. I can recommend the Winter Ale.
If you are in Ramallah/Birzeit and like good beer, you should visit. The brewery is not far from Birzeit old town.

I recommend to visit this small brewery with very friendly owners. I am amazed by taste of beer. They really know to brew!
I will definately come back for my favourite Sheperd Blonde, but you can choose also from amber, stout, ale, black..etc.
In the center of Birzeit you will find also great and cheap food or hot arabic bread.
I enjoyed the place 😉

Friendly and welcoming staff. They offer an approximately 30 min tour of the brewery for a small fee. For large groups, you can book in advance through their website. During the tour, they shared with us sustainable knowledge about the history of the place and the art of craftsmanship. This tour includes a sampler tasting, a free beer and a certificate of completion. We had a good time exchanging ideas with the owners. Talking about the upcoming Shephards Beer Festival who will take place in Beit Sahur near Bethlehem, on August 18th and 19th, 2018. For more information, don't hesitate to follow them on FB. They usually are very responsive to messages. Perfect stop especially during the hot days of summertime. Highly recommended!

We had the opportunity to visit the brewery earlier today and even though we knew they are producing some excellent drafts, it was great to see everything behind the scenes.
Alaa, the CEO, gave us a special tour and really opened up about his vision for the brewery.
I am a tour guide in Israel and get a lot of clients who are looking for suggestions about what to do in Palestine- Birzeit Brewery is definitely a winner. Looking forward to seeing what else they have coming in the future. Mabruk!

From the minute you arrive, you will be welcomed with incredible hospitality. The owner brothers and their team are very knowledgeable and are brewing some incredible, high quality beer. The facilities are spotless and the tour provides a wealth of information. You will not be disappointed. Cheers!

Touring this brewery was a great time! The beer is high quality, the owner is very friendly and informative of the brewery's history and products, and the place looks really cool on the inside. I highly recommend trying the Christmas ale. It's exceptional and like nothing you've ever tasted before.

The place where the best local beer is produced is wealthy with hospitable owners. Bright light beer is made according to high standards using best raw material.

hey sofia , the tour cost 30 nis per person , includes brewing processes explanation , tasting , and souvenir from the brewery , and finished with certificate of visit .
