Great place! We showed up unannounced, but the friendly owner welcomed us in to have a look at the bottling process. He even gave us an unpasteurised beer to taste, right off the production line. Very friendly and cool place just north of Ramallah. There is a gift shop and beers and local wine very reasonably priced.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Despite coming on a day they don't do organized tours, Khalid showed us around the brewery and explained the brewing process. The beers were delicious! Birzeit is a half hour drive from Ramallah- definitely worth a stop if you're visiting Ramallah!

A pleasant surprise to find this beer oasis outside Ramallah. Not the easiest place to find, but well worth the effort to track down the shared taxi to get there. Gorgeous old town as well as fantastic brewery

This is a must visit during your time in Palestine. The brewery is located in the beautiful historical city of Birzeit.
We had a great tour of the brewery. The owners are so kind and gave us a tour of the brewery followed by tasting of their outstanding and award winning beer.

The Birzeit Brewery was truly an amazing place to visit. The machinery used for brewing was intense, but it was so interesting learning about the process. You can really tell these men have a passion for what they do! They took a risk and it has certainly paid off. Definitely try the Christmas brew!

I read about Birzeit Brewery and Shephers Beer and since I love beer, I thought I should visit.
The manager was very friendly and showed me around the factory and explained the beer brands to me. I can recommend the Winter Ale.
If you are in Ramallah/Birzeit and like good beer, you should visit. The brewery is not far from Birzeit old town.

Birzeit Brewery has excellent service! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, with a wonderful tour guide. The was even an excellent view from the W.C. Our guide was happy to answer any of our questions in detail. The beer was fabulously fresh and had great flavor. The certificate you’ll earn and gifts you can purchase at the end will be worth your journey!
