About
Leksand Sommarland is one of the first "sommarland" in Sweden. The company was founded in 1984 and is today one of the most fun family park in Sweden. Most of the fun activities you can think of is available here and the park has the longest water slide in the world at 300 m. We also have one of Sweden's longest zipline at 300 m long. New for 2015 is three pieces of rope courses at 10 m height and two at 2 m height. We have also built a 9 hole disc golf park and received two new alpacas in the mini farm. Next to us is our lovely campsite which is one of Sweden's largest. If you stay with us you can take advantage of our discounted sommarland package. Welcome to us this summer!

A lot of outdoor activities, from go kart to different water activities. Needs warm and sunny weather for the best experience and will be a no go if rain

In middle of August the Sommarland has little to offer. We chose to come to this place for the entertainment and all the things you can do which is advertised on YouTube. Imagine our surprise when we saw that only half the place was open. The fun stuff place was closed because off season. We did however enjoy the little the place had to offer- pool for kids and grownups. The weather helped a lot 26 degrees Celsius. The kids had a blast.

The park has lots of water slides that are suitable for small children or for adults.
You can ride boats and lots of other cool and extreme attractions.
On a cold day you can walk into the heated room.
A family can spend a whole day here without getting bored.
It's a bit expensive but worth the money

There was no information about prepaid tickets. You have to buy your tickets online. There is no information of that. So after travelling a long way I had to turn around and tell my kids that there would be no swimming today. It hurts to see them so sad.

We were at the sommarland for 3 days but still could not get bore of it. It has so many activities to do that time just runs by.
All the water rides were good and the best part is they have rides for all ages. Our daughter though only 2 years old could enjoy so many rides including her very own boat . And the kids pool is so nice with slides that even my 2 year could try alone . Will definitely recommend and also visit again.

Definitely a highlight during our trip to Dalarna, especially for the kids (aged 8 and 5). There's an infinite variety of attractions adapted to each age. Though there were many people, we did not have to queue for long to get to any attraction.
The park has a view to the lake which is astonishing.

2 drawbacks though: food is absolutely inedible, so bring your picnic. And the entrance is really. really expensive, so be sure to be there early to make the most out of it.

Nice wipe-out track in Lake Siljan and some good rivers to float in.
New zip-line that my kids appreciated alot.
Park needs a bit of an update, feels pretty worn.

Never mind the Oasen fastfoodrestaurant. Dirty and pretty much a rip off. Bring own picnic, cheaper and tastier. On the positive side, they had beer.

Staff was probably new for the season, young adults that seemed unorganized and looked really tired. This was during high season so they were probably tired to.

We spent the entire day at this Leksand Sommarland and the kids did not want to leave after almost 9 hours playing around.

It is a mix of nausement park and water land.

For myself I enjouyed the water slides with tubes.
