Having visited many churches and cathedrals all over the country, I can only describe San Antonio de Padua as interesting. It is not baroque, it is not very very old. At the side, inside the church compound, is a store that sold products from Fazenda, a rehabilitation center outside of Masbate City. Other than offering a prayer or attending mass,... More

On a Monday this Cathedral was not busy - priests' day off and a working day for others. The Cathedral of Masbate is located in the Center of Town. It is not as old as the Other Churches in the Bicol Region but it is Charming in her own right. The Church was the first place when we went to when we arrived at Masbate City.

Same as other churches in the Philippines. The architectural design of the church is pretty nice. They use Bose Brand as their audio system that is why their sound is excellent in terms of controlled Reverb, and Latency.

This is my hometown church which has been renovated and I love this church because I have been a regular here & lots of memories during my school years since this church is adjacent to my school.
