Really a nice place for a good price. If you don´t want to use water slides or wellness you don´t pay for it.

The whole area is very nice, enough shadow, enough space also in the peak summer season. Good restaurants, buffets, fast food and stylish bars. Tasty food for a reasonable price and, what is rare in the rest of Slovakia, professional and friendly staff, speaking not only slovak and hungarian, but also fluent english and german was heard. All day long animations for kids and adults, aquagym, minidisco in a pool, concerts (we had a good luck for an opera singer).

We will be pleased to come back!

I visited thermal-park on very hot Sunday (34 degrees) and i have only positive impression. Area is nice with a lot of trees so no problem to find shade. Pools are ok and temperature of water is just fine. Nice pools for kids as well. Water slides are not huge but fun, cost additional 3/4eur week/weekend. I was positively surprised by a lot if animation for kids and adults. It was just crowded for luch even the fact that there is a lot of restaurants so peaceful lunch can be before 11h or after 14h. On entry i received electronic watch but you have to have cash to pay food or drinks. Parking cost 1 eur. Thare is also lake inside with kayak rental and camping for tends and caravans. Generally very good impression.

After many weeks we have decided to visit this aquapark. But we have been shocked. We have many international experiences with aquaparks and we know it’s not about golden bricks but about service and attitude and approach and responsibilities.
First shock was long queue with 15 minutes waiting because there was no option to buy tickets online and skip the queue and just go through reception. What is very irresponsible to create crowds in heat and in these pandemic days where nobody was following social distance or safety measures.
Second shock the amount of people, thermalpark was overcrowded.
Thrid shock. We have never experienced such a lack of lifeguards and safety measures especially around slides and pools. The choice of lifeguard around slides, mostly used with kids, was interesting however irresponsible. Young adult, without interest or proper training how to manage kids and without knowledge of safety rules. Another one, retired adult without patience to deal with kids and very nervous and unfriendly almost hostile approach towards kids. Nobody was watching and managing crowds downstairs in the water or at the stairs.
So only 2, very questionable, adults on duty as lifeguard and paramedic.

Another and very irresponsible behavior from management is poor hygiene in bathrooms and in restaurants and in inside the thermalpark.
The choice of food very limited and outdated, only fried semi-products. So if you have dietery restrictions you have to bring everything. Last but not least shock was the payment method inside the park in restaurants or shops, only cash. So in year 2021 you can not pay by credit card🤔.

Absolutely new experience was to pay for every ride separately. So you have to buy ticket to enter the aquapark and then you have to pay extra for rides on the slides inside the park🤯

Overall there is lot of room to improve the service and attitude and approach. The first step is to be customer oriented and follow safety measures and hygiene standards and maybe to already think and act like in year 2021.

We enjoyed the Thermal baths and the outside pools. There are some great bufets with traditional foods like "lángos" (fried flat bread) , and drinks like "kofola" (cola).
Price for one adult is 8.50 eur, but if you want to use the new water slides you have to pay for it 4 eur. Parking-ticket is 1 eur. The baths are very crowded on weekends.

Great experience if you like hot thermal water, relax in a pool and jacuzzi. There are also outdoor activities - for water slides you need to pay extra.

going from bratislava I recomend using a Thermalpass - a ticket valid for Spa and Regiojet train, that will bring you to Dunajska Streda (http://www.regiojet.sk/bratislava-komarno/tipy-na-vylet/vlakom-za-kupanim/) There will be a bus taking you from the train station to the spa. For 9 eur this a a good value (for 11 there is the same offer for Thermalpark Velky Meder). However, dont do it on weekends - the train is full up to the roof and the pools are also crowded (except for the swimming pool with the cold and deep water).
There are new water slides, if you want to use them be prepared to pay an extra 4 eur fee/pierson (also small kids). The biggest disapointment for me were the underdesigned food premises - I have been queueing over 45 minutes to get "langos" (fried flat bread). next time I am bringing my own food...
