adventurous and fun

Took 4 grandchidren aged between 10 and 15 for a fabulous day out in the trees, The many routes ( about 10?) pffer a wide range of challenges for all abilities. ( small chidlren and adventurous grannies all find something to suit them too. The course is superbly laid out. Supporters of the arboreal athletes can follow them from below on well designed paths in the forest. The staff are brilliant at helping and encouraging the timid and rescuing any adventurer temporarily stuck in the trees. The cafe is great and sensibly priced ,
Everybody was exhausted by physical and mental effort and hours int he fresh air. Excellent

Absolutely fantastic

For the price, think it was about €17 each for both our girls it’s really great value. We visited twice whilst on holiday the girls thought it was so good.
The staff help you with the harness and give you a little demo then you’re free to go and try it yourself. There are little hands on each of the routes, if you can’t reach it basically you won’t be able to reach all the wires and ropes etc so you’re best keeping to the ones that you can do.
There is a bit of climbing, zip wiring, and balancing on suspended planks. You are completely safe and can’t fall off as the carabiners have a safety mechanism so one always as to be locked onto the wire which was very reassuring.
Our girls loved every minute, highly recommended

An excellent place to keep the kids happy

The staff were brilliant. Our kids ended up going twice because they enjoyed it so much. It's paced very well so my previously, wary of heights, youngest, ended up really pushing herself further whilst still feeling safe. Wholeheartedly recommend

Excellent adventure

For a fun day out, this is really excellent. The setting is fabulous, really peaceful beneath the trees. There are courses from 3 year old + (although you need to help younger ones). For bigger children there are varying levels ( my 12 year old did the two green and one blue with me). When you first arrive you are given thorough training on how to climb, change clips etc then off you go. There is a cafe with basic snacks. The staff are excellent but It isn't that easy to find if you don't have sat nav. Adult price was €20 for 3 hours which goes down on lower ages and is great value compared to ones in the UK!!

Our children aged 7,11 and 13 absolutely loved the day spent here. They started on lower level experiences and worked up to levels which really tried their physicality and mental strength and came out beaming. Great price, fab staff, great cafe and we'll be back when we're in the area.

Fabulous zipline / tree top adventures

Took 3 x 15 year olds here and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Very clean, well run, with instruction in English for those of us who can't speak French! Courses for different abilities, all well signed and supervised. Spent 3.5 hours here and lads had a blast and only 20 euro admission each (less than similar in England) and kept them entertained. No charge for those who wish to watch and you can follow the courses from ground level as well. Well run café, selling drinks, ice cream, snacks and a choice of baguettes / paninis / burger / steak and all very reasonably priced. Can of coke 2 euro, Magnum ice creams 2.50. All-in-all really good time had by all.

Great place to take the kids? Very well done, they had a blast. Very safe, clean. They have a restaurant which served very nice food, and clean bathrooms.

Not for the faint of heart...

Big surprise to find a non-beach, non-history related attraction in St.Cast, and especially to find it so well executed and such fun! You get to work your way through the trees in all kinds of manners; some parts are exilarating, some parts are quite tough, and some parts are a bit scary (though never dangerous - you are always secured). Perfect for a cloudy day.

Great afternoon

Great welcome, Very helpful staff who stand underneath the activities all the time. You get training on the safety system and a good chance to practise. Very safe and well-organised. The Petits Loustics section was ideal for younger ones-just an edgier adventure playground but safer. Ecureil was more challenging for a tall 4 year old but still great fun. High wires fab. Only open in afternoon in lower season and this is when you have to ring to book but we almost had the place to ourselves. Bring good trainers and trousers that won't rub under the harnesses. 2 hours passed in a flash. A highlight of the holiday. Merci beaucoup Saint-Cast aventure.

A high-wire adventure in beautiful woods

We took a school party, but suitable for families. Very friendly, extremely safe and well-organised set-up. You get all equipment needed including gloves, and then instruction and practice before heading for the trees! There are courses at various levels to choose from and the staff stay around to rescue you if you lose your nerve or have a problem. As teacher of the group (in my 50s!) I had a go and loved it. Needless to say, I didn't do the 'black course',(!) but several of the pupils did. It was a real highlight of their trip, with much team-building and encouragement going on. Pupils were aged between 10 and 13. A brilliant activity, allow 3 hours to make the most of it. Small café serving drinks and ice-creams. There were even courses labelled for 4 year olds plus! Felt it was reasonably priced and they gave group discount.
