About Laki Tours
Laki Tours takes you on an ocean adventure in four different trips. Puffins galore can be spotted from the protected Melrakkaey island where thousands of other birds also nest. Sea-angling is the perfect family outing and gets even more exciting when you get to keep your catch. From Olafsvik, the Whale tour gives excellent whale watching in deep waters at the foot of the majestic Snaefellsjokull Glacier. Winter brings the orcas, dolphins and white-tailed eagles. We take you to them on what is by now, our most popular tour. "We're living it!"

Went out to sea, in Grundarfjörður, to watch the Orcas. The crew was so wonderful, helpful, hardworking and finally located the wonderful Blackfish - what a treat! Great job Team Laki Tours!!!

Our first impression was very positive, as we were handed out high-quality warm and waterproof overalls for our trip. Our second impression was that the boat was rather overcrowded, but that was the last negative. A few minutes out of Olafsvik we had already seen...More

We chose Laki tours because they seemed to be the most responsible company regarding the respect and protection of whales. We took the tour out of Holmavik. We were literally escorted out of the harbor by countless dolphins and pilot whales. It was unreal! The...More

I can't say much more than the person who posted yesterday, but they're 100% right. We heard that whale-watching in Reykjavik is sketchy so we decided to give a full day to travel up and back to go with Laki in Holmavik. It was INCREDIBLE....More

There were about 30 people on my tour. You're given overalls which will keep you dry, these are big enough to go over whatever you are wearing. I would suggest wearing what you'd normally wear walking around and then put... More

I rented a car. It is quite a long distance to take a cab or Uber. Trains they don’t have in Iceland and buses I don’t know.
