The Eastern part of Zanzibar island offers a lot of lovely beaches with clear blue water, but please be aware that there is a big difference between high and low tide.

Awsome place. Food was great. Services with a smile. Good entertainment. Yes there is seaweed but we had absolutely awsome walks at low tide into the beach. The cleaning staff laid flowers on the bed . Had a great holiday we will be back

Too many hawkers on the beach that try and sell you day tours. They operate from Uroa beach resort beach. You cant even swim because they bombared you all the time.
