Would not use this company based on the rude staff member who works in the office. Whilst waiting for our ferry, we stopped to look at their boards & she approached us to offer her help. However, as soon as she realised that we had booked our ferry tickets online with another company, she became extremely rude for no reason - shocking!!

My daughter and I went on the trip to Bodrum with Laumzis travel in early June. We had to get a taxi from our hotel in Tingaki as the start time was too early for us to use public transport. When we arrived at the meeting point near the docks we were told their computer was down and we would have to wait. I wish we has walked away then. A considerable length of time passed before we actually completed the finances and went through the formalities and actually boarded. Had we used public transport we would have had plenty of time after all. Once on board, the announcements regarding procedure and cruise itinerary were of such poor quality we could barely distinguish which language was being spoken. When we were able to identify the English version, we could only catch snippets. None of the crew spoke much English; in fact my daughter's holiday Greek which she had learned the previous week was better than their English. When we arrived at Bodrum, a ticket was shoved into each of our hands and the crew member gesticulated to the left of the walkway and said 'English, English'. He was displaying a sigh '3.30'. Eventually we came across a beaming woman who was calling out 'English Tour, free English Tour'. She guided us past the Museum, mentioned on the leaflet we received at time of booking which was the one thing we really wanted to see, only to be told we couldn't go in as it was closed for refurbishment. She guided us through the Bazaar, stopping at about 4 retail outlets, introducing us to the owners and assuring us these were the best deals to be had. Then we were trapped in a cafe where she sat us down to guide us through other points of interest over a free cup of coffee (disgusting). She gave us directions to an amphitheatre, some ruins and other points of interest and finally we were able to escape. It was a long uphill walk through the town to the amphitheatre and we had to cross a busy dual carriageway only to find it was closed on Mondays, the day we were there. She made no mention of this! We fortunately found a nice restaurant opposite where we cooled down and had lunch before our long trek back down through the town via some ruins. Thank goodness for google maps! We had a browse around the harbour side of town and a cold drink before making our way back to the boat at about 3.10pm. As we approached my daughter decided to nip back across the road to purchase an item she had seen in the shop opposite. I waited for her at the top of the gangplank, having given my ticket back to the crew member and after a couple of minutes the crew counted the tickets and began hauling it up. I spoke to them in basic words but they didn't understand my daughter had not boarded. I even pointed her out to them as she was approaching the boat. They just said 'Got all tickets'. Eventually a German passenger was able to act as interpreter and they allowed her on board. It was only 3.20pm. All in all the trip itinerary was misleading with regard to the museum, communication was difficult, the tour guide gave mis-information and the crew were unhelpful and sullen. Steer clear!

Hmm false advertising, 30 minutes to get to Turkey... an hour later and an hour to get off the boat once arriving in Turkey and to get through the passport control... what a joke, however really enjoyed our time in turkey, told to be back in the boat as it leaves at 16:30 we were told 17:00 by the guy who sold us the trip!! Cheaper doesn’t always pay!!

I made the big mistake of choosing this company for the 3 island cruise I was looking for a particular boat but got tricked into believing they did everything the other company for €20 instead of €30 I should of had warning bells ringing right there We had our photo taken as soon as we got on the boat and I expected to have my arm twisted into buying them but I will get into that one later There was no atmosphere on the boat the crew seemed miserable especially the pilot in the park who seemed to spend a lot of time shouting and other crew members We pulled up to the first island which was beautiful some nice stores and a fantastic beach the highlight of the day we spent just under an hour there before getting back on the boat to be photographed whether you wanted it done or not It was on the way to the second island when the photographer told us we wouldn’t be visiting the third island as the weather wasn’t good which was strange as it was blue skies and nothing more than a stiff breeze (we went twice with another company and the first time conditions were exactly the same and we stopped at the third island and on the second trip the wind was twice as strong as on the Laumzis so we moored on another side of the island which was sheltered) and we would spend more time on Kalymnos We were lead to a square where a speech was given that you couldn’t quite hear about being picked up outside the taverna we were having lunch at by a train to take us to what I thought he said was the monastery as he was gesturing towards for €3 we were taken to what looked liked the worst taverna in town and given a barely edible meal (included in the price) but while we were eating we were hounded by the photographer to buy photos for €7 each i said no thank you but he kept on looking at me in astonishment that I had said no and I told him I didn’t have enough euros on me to buy his photos he told me it’s ok there is an atm around the corner!!! I forcefully said no thanks he got the message but stood over us while we ate We got on the train which took us on a trip of the back streets of the town complete with empty buildings and supermarkets and past our boat three times!!! As there is nothing to see on this train tour We ended up just sitting on the harbour for over half an hour after the thrilling train tour as there wasn’t anything else to do before getting back on the boat I managed to spot one dolphin on the way back no thanks to the crew and no effort was made to stop and look for dolphins like on other companies cruises The only thing that made this day enjoyable was the beautiful scenery and being out on a boat but you can get that with all the others who run the three islands tour without the problems we had and you actually stop at three islands!!
